From check in to check out, this is a beautiful stay in the heart of Melbourne. With a spacious room, comfortable beds and balcony with a beautiful view of the river and city skyline. We were west facing in an upper level (13) with a fully functioning kitchen and large and well planned bathroom. Right about Southgate, you can access restaurants, entertainment and the city practically straight off the mezzanine level, directly accessible to the Quay west bar and restaurant on the same level. The pool and spa were a little off temperature but a really nice place to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the city, trying the cuisines close by or being entertained at the Arts centre next door, the gallery a short walk or crown casino complex a stone throw away. An ideal place to stay when visiting the city, this is definitely one of our favourites in Melbourne. Call out to Jo at the bar for her amazing service too!

staff were all amazing, breakfast buffet was also very good. Only thing that could be improved, is comfort of chairs and lounge suite. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom fitout/quality also very good.
