I have a mobility disbility and stayed in the accessable room. Nice space . Shower tap is under the shower head and extreemly hot water. Need to put inline tempreture guage to save from burning. My wife and I stayed for three nights in July. The hotel is in a great location, the free tram is just outside the front door. The room was beautiful with everything we wanted and in particular a very comfortable bed. The hotel has a gum pool and sauna which I made great use of. The staff were great friendly and helpful.

No soundproofing between rooms meant that someone sneezing and blowing their nose next door sounded as if it was in the same room. Average breakfast. Food ok . Nothing special and I wouldn’t come back . Friendly and pleasant staff however

On day 3 my second key was taken out of the slot and my room was hot when I got back. Thankfully I got a room that didn’t have a shower in the bath but the shower head would not stay in place and that was really annoying .

The location and amenities were great, very friendly staff. Nothing was too much to ask for, and they were so welcoming and accomodating for my daughter (4 yrs) Food was delicious, and rooms were lovely and spacious. Beds were too hard for my preference but everything was clean

Comfortable bed, huge spa bath. It all felt very luxurious. The tiny glasses were cool my fiancée and I thought they were adorable. The continental breakfast was splendid, the eggs were unbelievable. The kitchen staff deserve the highest of praises. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

The allocated room was fitted out for ambulant guests meaning the bathroom was cavernous and unappealing.
