A nice stay in a central Jerusalem hotel

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pros: The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms were OK though a bit on the small side. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was quite a good one. Cons: - The lobby was very messy and quite noisy - There were construction works near the hotel very early in the morning. - The hotel facilities are very basic (no gym, pool, bar, happy hour etc)

VAT issue a bit tricky

We had a special holiday, the dinner should have been a big deal, but the hotel didn't plan it right and they didn't have food when we arrived (during the hours the dinner was served) The sad thing that no one from the hotel care- they didn't yry to find us something to eat or even say sorry. When we asked to talk with someone that can solve it and maybe order dinner they refused. Worse hotel ever!!!!
