We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. We stayed for 6 nights. The facilities were spotless and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful ! We enjoyed the dining facilities both the pizza in the evening and breakfast. But what I would say is that you need a new toaster 😊very slow when in the breakfast queue and does not work properly! But a very minor issue ! overall experience great 😌

Good value and next to tram station. Check-in was suboptimal with tall bald male employee being rude and annoyed with simple questions. Training of staff needed. Also, cashless ops need to be advertised prominently as you assume all customers have cards. Some like to travel with cash and reception needs to be flexible. Charles from Zimbabwe was very nice, but the 8pm male staffer is awful and intolerant and rude and a brute, a stain to considerate human conduct.

Needed a place with good access to the city and the motorway- price not too bad and has all the basics.

We arrived late in the evening, we were warmly welcomed but after that the experience died. We went down for an early morning drink, but our room number was demanded for breakfast. The breakfast was very disappointing (Premier Inn is much better, and Travelodge is better too.)

Thank you sincerely for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your thoughts. Our breakfast follows the ibis budget standard, a fixed format served from 5:30am, and as it is arranged per room, the team kindly confirms room details at service so that every guest is looked after correctly. For a hot drink at any hour, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are always available in the lounge. All bed linen is professionally laundered and checked before each arrival, and we are sorry this was not reflected in your experience on this occasion. Our reception is staffed around the clock, and for a swift and easy departure, keys may simply be left at the desk. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again on a future visit to Edinburgh! The hotel sits within Edinburgh Park, with the Gyle Centre tram stop within easy reach and a 24-hour taxi service available at any hour, making both the city centre and the airport simple to travel to. The hotel is generally a calm and restful place, and our team is on hand day and night should anything ever disturb your sleep, with a quieter room always welcome to be requested on arrival, subject to availability. Parking is £5 per night, with notices displayed beside the lifts and throughout the car park, alongside QR codes around the hotel. For a quicker connection, an enhanced WiFi speed is available simply by logging in with an ALL account. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Edinburgh before long! We loved.the 24/7 availability to have coffee or juice when you want, the way it is.laid out is fantastic for.mingling with other people, the rooms were small but have everything you need, super clean and tidy. Only down side was the beds were a little hard

I checked in online, booked and payed for the following mornings breakfast and reception couldn't find the meal booking when I came in. That was off putting. Eventually they found it, but that was unnecessary.

Enjoyed a great two night break whilst exploring Edinburgh. Excellent location and very easy to find, just off Gyle Centre tram stop - only 15 minutes into the City. Reception team friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and fresh, room (although basic) was just what we needed and again, clean and fresh. Complimentary tea and coffee from the bar area was appreciated. Bed extremely comfortable and heating / cooling was easy to control. Quiet - was not disturbed by other guests or outdoor noise. Shower excellent. Breakfast offering was simple but tasty, fresh and filling. Didn't have to wait for anything to be replenished and again, friendly and helpful staff. This might be a budget hotel and this was the first time experiencing a hotel in Edinburgh. It did exactly what we hoped for - a warm welcome, clean and comfortable room for an excellent price, just outside the city.

What a wonderful review to receive, and our sincere thanks for writing so generously. Words like these are the finest compliment the team could hope for, and they have brought smiles all round.
