I checked in before arriving at the hotel but the personnel informed us that his colleague gave our keys to other guests. I was then given a different room. Later, the personnel knocked on my door and asked if I was related to the guests that took my room. I said no and the personnel told me not to unpack and just chill and he would come back if I needed to change my room. I waited for a while but it's ridiculous as it was quite late and I couldn't rest. I went back to the lobby and asked for clarification. Finally, the personnel said that I could unpack and rest. It's rather unprofessional as it's common sense to ask the guests for proofs of identification like passports or ID before handing them the room keys. The room key holder in my room also fell down when I first inserted my card into it.

Very conviniently located closer to airport and tram station. Morrision is also at walking distance. A third bunker bed was unnecessary in a simple twin bed or this is what was available to us.

We stayed in a small, cozy room with all the basics. It is close to the airport, 15 minutes approx. by tram, whose stop is 5 minutes from the hotel. The TV wasn't working, but they gave us a new remote control which solved the problem. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 6 a.m. in the whole the building, but it was just smoke caused by a guest and didn't turn into a fire.
