Conveniently located hotel with good sized room. However let down by execution. Reception staff are borderline rude even by German standards. Slippers and bath robes are only provided to suite customers and this is a big surprise as even Mercure provides them. Tea and coffee not replenished during our 3 day stay and overall service standard is really disappointing.

Closed to U-Bahn, and just 6 stops away from city centre, 5 mins walking to airport express bus , the spa area is very nice, room is clean, but not happy that only 1 bottle of water per stay, I stayed 2 nights, they didnt give me even I asked on 2nd day, but it is a 4-star resort hotel.

The Hotel is good, room good, difficult to find the way to the hotel from Metro, Breakfast was medium !
