Probably the best hotel in Pau although located far away from the city center, but nice location in a park. Rooms are okay not more. Breakfast buffet was good. You need to reserve for the indoor pool area to avoid crowds. Possibility to load your e-car indoor.

I really appreciate how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable the front desk staff has been during my visits. Its nice to stay at a location where they remember your name. I also must say thank you to Charles in the bar for always being so kind to us loud Americans!

Back as a family with a dog, everything was perfect from end to end. Reception, room, personnel, food at the Brasserie (dog ok), second evening at the “Jeu de Paume” (no dog). Happy surprise, Alexandre Paget, our Chef for this gastronomic one, remembered our daughter proposing him a receipt, three years back ☺️ So with discretion and kindness through his team passed her while checking out , with a sweet message and printing of the receipt. Many thx for her !
