Get together with friends in the "Le Grand Prix" cafe and try one of our unusual cocktails or light meals. When the sun is shining, why not sit out on our shady terrace?

Bay windows overlooking the park, designer sunloungers with plush cushions, a bubbling whirlpool bath, heated indoor pool... Our wellness area is reserved for moments of unparalleled relaxation. After a few laps in the pool, relax in the sauna or hammam.

The fitness room is located on the 4th floor with a terrace and a mountain view.

Stone and ceramics combine in subtle shades of beige and gray, contrasting with blue of the pool. Relax in the soft natural light of this setting and enjoy the benefits of Decléor and Carita treatments.

Organize your wedding reception in one of our rooms facing Beaumont Park. We will be delighted to assist you with this magnificent event.

Dear Sir, We are sorry you had some problem with the curtain in your bathroom. We understand there was a problem with, and the Housekeeping manager came to your room to help withit on the first day of your stay. Then it has worked until you checked-out. You never mentioned or discussed with us about hygienic dismiss in your room or bathroom. This is the very first time we herad about the bath mat creates problem in the toilet for the past 22 years. We change it every day in our process. We take note about your comment, and if we would have the pleasure to welcome you back at Parc Beaumont Hotel, we will remove the bath mat from your toilet. We need usable water bottles (that can be closed and open) in the rooms (not glass), they don’t provide iron and stand unless we ask, it was a good gesture to include chocolates for us to try (on the bed) the overall experience was good, however they didn’t ask for my All accor loyalty ID to add the stay and I’m disappointed. Please add the stay to my account, My member number is: 30…2H7M

Dear Madam, We are really sorry that your stay experience did not meet your expectation and we ask you to accept our sincere apologies. Please be assured we are going to credit your loyalty member for this stay at Parc Beaumont Hotel. We take good note about your observations and we will continue to improve our service quality. Kind regards, Grégory Mailles, front office manager

Great service, great staff. Excellent products. A pity there was no available space for a massage. Apparently they get booked weeks in advance…

All perfect. Very thankful the staff pointed out that the gastronomic restaurant where we had a reservation only had one menu on Sunday evening of which we did not like 1 course, he allowed and helped us to switch to the bistro.

It was our first stay at this hotel and a lovely experience. We loved the location at the end of the parc, from which it was an easy walk into town along the promenade des Pyrenees. The beds were firm and really comfy, the bathroom superb, the staff were all really friendly and professional. We had cocktails and salads on our last night at the Grand Prix Café which were really tasty and generous. The spa was nice and relaxing when there weren’t any kids jumping in the water and being noisy. That’s my only negative point - the spa should be staffed to avoid such issues or there should be some slots for adults only.

Hotel is in a good location to explore Pau. It's quiet, and has excellent staff, but the hotel itself is a little tired tbh.

Well appointed room with a balcony with distant views of the Pyrenees . Wonderful breakfast selection and good food in the Brasserie in the evening. Indoor swimming pool large enough for ‘laps’ small gym on the top floor. Book ahead for spa treatments

The room is great and we love the decor. The hotel is extremely comfortable and everything was fine. We did have trouble finding parking on arrival and some cars were taking up more than one space! We were upset with an extra fee to use the pool and gym facilities.

Friendly staff, good service, clean and comfortable rooms with great showers. On the downside we have been using this hotel since 2012 and changing the pool access over to a pay for use model is a big step backwards, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel and not something thats publicised on the website. We use this hotel as a stop over on our way to Spain and time spent relaxing in the pool was always something the family looked forward to

Pau was a revalation. Loved the town and within reach of Pyrenees for fabulous walking. Hotel wasn’t the prettiest, but rooms were lovely and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Thankyou.
