Clean and well staffed. Easy to walk to downtown and beautiful views. Our room was small and the shower was within a bathtub. The shower hear did not work well. Hardly see such accomodations in other 5 stars.

This hotel encompasses all the best aspects of Pau and the finest French experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, kind and intentional! They take pride in what they do, and make amazing recommendations. The facility is modern and elegant, and the food challenges top tier restaurants. Hats off to the chef! I didn’t know what to expect, and from staying all over the world, to say I was just pleasantly surprised would be a vast understatement! Don’t change anything! Continue to be amazing
