We had a very comfortable stay during our family road trip. The hotel is well located, making it a convenient stop along our journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay was available. During check-out I was charged a sum bigger than what was indicated in the booking in the app. It took 20 painful minutes to sort things out and four card payments as I was reimbursed not the full sum but bit by bit, first 51 €, then 6,12 € and finally 1 €. Also my daughter was asked to show her passport as apparently the personnel thought I was trying to cheat and lie about her age. When asking to pay for the correct sum as agreed I was ridiculed by the staff for asking to refund the payment too large. They made faces and asked if I really want the money back. Never before I have faced such an attitude during a check out.

Well located, Great Hotel with nice pool and excellent breakfast. We were stopping off after long drive from Barcelona to Bordeaux and the hotel was a great place to break the journey. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Pool area was really nice oasis outside Lescar. There were lots of restaurants located nearby to cater for all tastes.
