Ac was not working in the beginning, there was no trash bin in the room except toilet. Linen was not changed even once and towels were not changed also. Toilet paper run out few times.

We are sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the air conditioning, the switch to cooling mode is carried out progressively according to the seasonal temperatures. The temperatures recorded during the previous and following weeks unfortunately did not justify the intervention of the external maintenance company at that time. Nevertheless, we fully understand that the warmer temperatures during your stay affected your comfort, and your remarks have been shared with our team. Concerning the room equipment, please note that for hygiene reasons, trash bins are only available in the bathroom area. We are also very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered regarding housekeeping. Please be assured that this does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. For longer stays, our reception team remains available at any time should any item be missing or require replenishment. We encourage our guests to inform us immediately during their stay so that we may intervene promptly and ensure a more comfortable experience. At the same time, we would like to thank you for your positive comments regarding our team and your check-out experience. The aircondition was not activated even when we had 28 degress outside. The room was very hot on arrival and I had a terrible sleep. My room was very close to the main road even when I whished a qiet room.

All staff I came into contact with were very helpful & friendly. Hotel location very good with excellent amenities nearby. Room was clean, shower & bed excellent too. Breakfast was superb. Best ever from an Ibis Hotel. Very happy, thanks.

A very pleasant stay with extremely helpful staff, in particular Damien on reception. He advised a venue for our evening meal which was very good. The hotel room was very clean and the breakfast facilities were good.
