Well located. The room is ok but a bit small like other ibis as usual. There is free airport shuttle is a plus. And there are lots of food option for Grab Food. But there is no upgrade room for Accor Gold at all. And WA chat is a bit late respond

Breakfast is not recommended. I informed the staff on duty that the nasi goreng was slimy, but they simply assured me it was fresh without even checking it. I noticed other guests had taken the same nasi goreng and left it unfinished as well. Additionally, other items were left dry, likely from being kept under the heat lamps for too long. While the room itself was acceptable, this hotel is only suitable as a transit stay.
