The room was so noisy. During the night I heated something knocking at the wall. I don’t know what is wrong with isolation or construction of the building.

Only issue noted is that, complemetary water bottles which are crucial are not available in the hotel. water is the basic requirement for any guest. Hotel arranged some centralised filter to pick up the water in all places but my suggestion and request is that serve the bottles, attest 2 bottles as complimentary per day and beyond that charge the packaged water at the actuals.

An overpriced 3-star business hotel

This is a 3-star business hotel AT BEST. The amenities and features of this hotel don’t justify its price point. This specific property doesn’t do justice to the Novotel brand, as it’s usually positioned across Asia & Europe. There’s a very small restaurant (not 24x7), the room dining menu is very very limited, the rooms are extremely compact. This property is misclassified as a 4 star. It is at par with an Ibis or Holiday Inn in your city. Location wise, the only plus point is that it’s next door to Kok Tobe cable car station. For everything else, it’s pretty out of the way. Consider this hotel if you’re on a business trip and used to lodging in compact budget hotels. Again, the rates for this hotel don’t do justice to the services offered. Highly overpriced. If you’re on a family or romantic vacation, better check out Hotel Kazakhstan (barely 100 meters away from this hotel). They have far superior amenities, bigger rooms, multiple restaurants, courteous English speaking staff and a true 5-star vibes at 1/3rd the price. Highly disappointed with a subpar product from Accor brand.

welcome drink is water, very ridiculous.

Bad experience in check-in, the people of front desk tells me that I can get a welcome drink in the bar, I ask whether I can choose the juice and deliver to my room, they reply yes, just check with bar, but when I come back to my room and call the bar, the bar tells me that I can't select, the welcome drink is the water in my room, so ridiculous.
