Got a first floor room on the busy street side of the building.

Far from the historic center, but price, quality acceptable if you are willing to walk further. Apparently quite perfect if you visiting Leuven to go to the Stella Artois brewery. Convenient to the train station

I stayed at Novotel for one night during a short business trip in Leuven. The hotel location was close to a central bus station and I could walk to city center easily. The interior is clean with neat design. Bathroom is spacious and separated from the toilet. Overall I think Novotel Leuven is a good option for short stay.

The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the central of Leuven and the areas around it are not that pedestrian friendly but we made it work, therefore location was fine. We were staying for my partners birthday so before our arrival, I had double checked with the hotel if they could decorate the room and both times I had emailed they had said it was fine and they had balloons ready for it. They had no balloons in our room when we got there, meaning my birthday surprise was ruined and they had obviously failed to communicate with the housekeepers and made me feel really disappointed. The room was nice enough, clean and had an interesting layout where the toilet and shower room was separate. The toilet room had no sink to wash your hands which felt slightly unhygienic so you have to go into the shower room to wash them.

Good and professional Services. Rooms ok and ready at time. A bid sad that there was no parking places available. Even if there is parking unther the hotel.
