pleasant. hotel room was too hot. stairway was dark one morning. front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

Location is reason for stating here. Food mediocre, check out experience lacklustre - now can’t have an invoice printed because of government laws, yet every other hotel I stay at in Belgium is allowed to print (including other Accor group properties). Very odd.

No water in the gym, no complimentary water in the room

I normally don't answer to feedback requests unless something is off. This is an exception though. We arrived very late, tired, beaten, sad. your colleague at the desk, i sadly didn't catch his name (just remember that he studies in Leuven and speaks 7 languages), he noticied, and was super kind and helpful, and mindful of our needs. So I hope this message gets to him again: thank you sir. To management: I hope you give this guy a raise, because his kindness and thoughtfulness is attracting more customers. Best hotel experience ever - and I'm not saying this lightly, just thanks to one guy. Thanks and see you again.
