Overall nice hotel. Good variety breakfast with sufficient opening hours, minibar available in room, room and bathroom nicely designed. 24/7 gym available. Nice staff at the reception, at the bar and housekeeping. Some room for improvement; better pillows can be provided, they were very soft and split into two pieces (on the inside). The bathroom fan is always on, even when the light is switched off and it is loud. Adding some more variety to the Gourmet Bar menu would help, some more starter options, more desserts and especially chips/fries in Belgium. The TV in the room is old and rather small, that can be improved to a Smart TV, starting with the executive rooms. Cleaning of the reception/breakfast area can take place before/after the breakfast opening times, there was a hoover running every day during my breakfast.

Good size rooms. On two separate work trips my key card needed reprogrammed which was quite annoying as it was only after getting to my room I noticed the issue and had to then go back down to the reception. Not ideal after a long day at work when you just want to get back to your room.

Misleading description of the parking, street parking available only with police fines

I enjoy my stays at Novotel Centrum in Leuven. The staff is extremely friendly - be it at the reception, breakfast or the bar. Being a regular customer, there is generally very friendly chats even while focussing on the business.

My room 602 was not in a great condition cracks on the ceiling, loose toilet flush,only 1 bottle of water for 4 days. Not really what you expect when paying almost 300 euro per nights ``executive `` room only in name as no different from any other rooms.
