However, we are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. The recent heatwave has resulted in unusually high temperatures, and although our air conditioning system is functioning, it has struggled to keep up with the extreme conditions. We also note your comments about the comfort of the bed, the blackout curtains, and breakfast options.
