Staff all very friendly, nice bar, decent parking. Rooms are a little bit dated and paint is scratched and dented a lot unfortunately. It feels cheaper than what I paid sadly.

However, we regret to hear that the room did not entirely meet your expectations. We understand how important the quality and upkeep of accommodations are to the overall experience of our guests. While our rooms are designed with a contemporary style and equipped with amenities such as a 31-inch LCD television, tea-and-coffee maker, and minibar, we acknowledge that there is always room for improvement in maintaining the aesthetics and condition of our facilities. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience felt. We value your feedback and it will be discussed with our management team. Finally, we hope you were able to take advantage of our convenient location, just a short walk from Leuven's beautiful city centre and historical sites. This hotel is located 10 min walk from the railway station and 15 min walk from the historical center of the town. The person at the front desk seemed slightly stressed, menu at the hotel lobby bar varies depending on day (themed?). Breakfast nice, rooms in need of some updates in the near future. Everything works. All in all fine.
