The hotel is a short walk from Leuven train station and the historic downtown area, with many restaurants and sights nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant is good.

A big thank you should be given to your front desk staff who go out of their way to make sure guests have an enjoyable and happy stay. Theodora and the morning team are efficient and welcoming. The evening team are also always there no matter how late your train arrives!

Despite having confirmed reservation I was told there is no reservation in my name. It took me 45 minutes to get a room, after a long and unplesant discussion with the hotel reception desk staff and the duty manager. I was with my children on school holiday and I did not expect them to get this experience. I was told this is due to technical issue with the online reservation system.
