Good hygiene. We felt safe, despite the pandemic. Employees were nice and available to assist. Just a few minutes walk to the city centre and railway station.

I stayed at Novotel Leuven for family visits over Christmas, and had a pleasant time. Regular staff were welcoming, as usual, and enjoyed their company. I took a few drinks at the bar, and Covid restrictions meant that I had to have my vaccination certificate at hand as it was necessary to comply with current rules. The bar had to close at 2300 every day. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Appreciate that COVID places restrictions on the services being offered but we had to ask each time for the room to be cleaned. At check-in, we had not been told that room cleaning will only happen on request. When it was done, no additional tea or coffee was made available (although we stayed for 4 days)

Friendly Staff. Clean room and common areas. The bed was hard but had a great sleep. The room was just the correct temperature. The breakfast was great with a really good selection. The decor in the room was looking a bit tired but nothing bad to say. The shower was great. I would of liked an instant coffee option with the tea making facility. but just had to have tea instead. The anti bacterial gel on the landing was empty...annoying in these times.

I stay one night at This Novotel and feel welcome. Difficult for parking and if you get the parking under Novotel then you have to pay 20€.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The accommodation is good. Our room located on the 2nd floor and next to the Diestevest was somehow noisy. The breakfast was great

I stay more like 40 weeks in hotels, and be a Platin Member Accor This hotel have a lot of problems, 3 times for 3 nights I have to change the room WiFi is a nightmare, at first need more like one hour to get access, by the hotline, last day complete Wifi dropped. Staff is really friendly an helpfull Breakfast is with 21€ too expensive The Hamam is closed. In the room no watercooker Parking also not ok, Below the hotel is a Parking, but separate owner, Hotel guest need to pay for every In- and out a horrible price or stay on the road, by very limited parkings. IN addition I am handicapped. Finally is this not really a reasonable Hotel. Sorry

The biggest issue happened when I moved into my room. The rest room and bathroom were not clean. Even more there were rubbish in the trash can from the previous first. I informed reception guy about an accident, he proposed me to change the room to another one. However I was to tired and we aligned that cleaning lady will come next day and prepare everything the way it should be. However the breakfast was very nice.

I usually go to Novotel when going to Leuven because the service usually is very good, breakfast, room and bed comfort as well as connectivity. This time I cannot give a better input due to the fact that during the entire stay nobody attended the room and no cleaning service was made. I always manage to have a tiny space but would have desired to have a much better cleaning service over my stay to make me feel more attended. On the other hand there are no additional remarks to say although I consider this an important thing to let you reconsider for future trips. Kind regards, Francisco G.

Room Service / bar menu limited and expensive considering customer has to collect (prices felt like a room service charge was still included). Limited staff at breakfast, cutlery hidden away and no one to ask where it was. Other than that, very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff were welcoming and efficient. The hotel was very clean and felt safe in these Covid-19 times! Nothing was too much bother for the front desk ( where to park, where is...etc) The breakfast is fabulous!

The rooms are great, love the showers. Shame about the horrible paper cups in the rooms, no cup of tea can survive them (we went to the bar to get some proper cups). 15 mins walk from the centre, in the evening we were easily able to walk in to the Leuven Christmas market

we stay here quite often and we have enjoyed every time. The only thing to mention is that the hotel needs to think about replenishing enough tea and coffee in the room. i have to constantly ask and normally the staff starts arguing as i believe it effects their overall budget. i have also noticed that the drink prices have gone up and maybe because of this guests are drinking elsewhere now. the bar area was quite empty last couple of times. apart from this all good and good atmosphere.
