Everything was perfect. From the bed, location, and staff. There was just some rude guests which I know the hotel has nothing to do with but it makes the experience a little bit unpleasant

Tempersture was extremely hot, no way to cool down the temp. I needed to open the window with a lot of noice. My room was not clean at all after the first night and it wasn’t my choice. It should be my decision if i want my room to be clean or not I’m Platinum member as a reference.

Good room, good location, BUT....first night TV remote didn't work, I asked for new batteries, remote was then taken away and not returned....Also, when you use the coffee creamer on day 1, it doesn't get replaced for the rest of your stay...these are bad errors by the hotel staff that stops this place from getting better reviews.
