Our team takes pride in maintaining comfortable accommodations for business travelers like yourself. However, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced with room access and connectivity. Our front desk is available 24/7 to assist with technical needs, and we’ve reinforced our key card protocols to prevent recurrences. Regarding loyalty benefits, group bookings through third parties unfortunately don’t qualify for points under our current policy.
