- The room was clean and well preceived (room 130) - the personal was very very friendly and helpfull - quite room even when near to construction site and main road - in the bathtub are some anti slipery inserts, but those are so ugly and look not hygienic, that you dont want to step on them - breakfast was good, but the waffles were realy bad made.

By far the the worst customer service experience ever

The hotel, the restaurant, the breakfast was fine - no problem. My booking was done using the Accor portal and prepaid. Unfortunately my trip change slightly, and I was unable to make it to Leuven at the date of the booking. I made a call the week before my trip to ask if the booking could be change to reflect my travel. I was told "No, this is prepaid, we cant change anything!" No one told me anything else. The day before my trip I called the hotel out of curtesy again, to let you guys know that I wouldn't make it there the first night. Here I was told the if I didn't show up before 23:00 my reservation would be lost, so would my money as it was prepaid. No one told me so at the first call!! After a number of call's and a quite a lot of arguing , I was allowed to keep my pre-paid room that absolutely couldn't be changed in any way of form. Except that you guys then charged me overprice for the the first night were I didn't show up. So that could be change - no problem here!!’ It’s super frustrating preparing for a world championships I Leuven a being made aware in the last minute that I might even be able to stay at a hotel already booked and prepaid. You could have told me at my first call

The hotel room assigned to me(601) was too noisy due to the traffic on the main road, I couldn't sleep well because of that.
