Location was good but the facilities are all quite old and the room wasn't cleaned properly (hair in bathroom, marks in toilet)

Business trip for 3 nights. Room was clean with comfortable bed but otherwise unremarkable. Didn't have any food here as breakfast was not included.

Your Novotel Brussels Airport was fine for a business trip with my colleagues, and the staff were very helpful. However my stay was let down by the room (412) smelling of cigarette smoke. Despite a no-smoking sign on the door, obviously other guests had ignored this and the first thing that hit me every time I returned was lingering nicotine. It's in the furniture or carpet, maybe on the walls. So the only way to get rid of it is to redecorate - asking the cleaners to spray something won't work. You should install smoke detectors to deter smokers. Disappointing and very difficult for a non-smoker to put up with.

The stay was great. The room was clean, well maintained, the shower was amazing. An all around excellent stay and I'd highly recommend it. Shuttle was on time and worked great.

Hotel with no charm, but room with big surface and very good bed. Shower & bath appreciated and separated toilets also. Calm. Breakfast was included in our price when booking, but once there, we were told we should pay for it. Probably a problem on the amex platform rather than yours, but you should check this with them.
