Although the room was nice, the person at the reception was not very friendly and rude. When I asked him to prepare my invoice as I am checking out and getting breakfast, he was very rude to say we will do it later. he should have been more polite and he made mistakes in creating an invoice for my company name Villeroy & Boch AG, he made an invoice on a different company name and when I asked to fix that, he was not very nice about that either, finally I had to accept the invoice which states incomplete company name. This whole experience was not very nice. he should be very polite and understanding instead he was rude and no cooperative.

everything operational was fine except the shower door did not close (so either no shower or flood the room)

Pleasant stay, great people at the bar. But didn't receive an invoice after payment, even after reminding staff.

As an Accor Platinum member, Novotel has always been my favorite hotel brand. I arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in due to personal reasons. I would especially like to thank the Chinese-speaking Asian lady who was on night duty that day at the front desk. She was highly professional, warm, kind-hearted and friendly. She is among the best front desk staff I have ever met. Her wonderful service really touched me. The hotel is very comfortable. It only takes a 3-minute bus ride to the airport. I'm fully satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel.
