Could not find the sign for Novotel shuttle coming out of the arrival hall at Brussels airport. Tried to call the hotel three times but got hanged up 3 times. Ended up taking a bus there. However, we were able to have a early check-in which helped tremendously.

Very quick check-in/out, fresh breakfast with great beverages. Hotel looks just after it is best time during the lifecycle, I think for the price it could deserve rooms renewal.
