Very nice property. Great bar. Dinner- Placed order and waited over 20 minutes...stopped 2 servers and asked about my order and was told both times that it was coming right away. Table next to me and across from me were seated after me and both received their meals and one table finished their meal while I was still waiting. I got up and left.

Hotel is fine, no special treatment for platinum members. Restaurant has changed menu again and steak is huge money now. Bar area was a lot better where it was two years ago, left at top of the stairs.
