Just 10 minutes from Brussels airport with the free off charge shuttle buss, very quiet and clean place. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities, nice modern style restaurant with good food and rich breakfast. Very friendly and polite staff

Hotel was fine. Would have been nice to have more than one bottle of water for a two night stay.

I come to your Novotel Brussels Airport twice or more per year, for various business purposes. This time the real disappointment was caused by the restaurant staff during the dinner on Thursday 6th February.

Generally everything was fine, but I think the prices are way too high for the overall feel and experience. The telephone was not working properly, but other than that it was a good functional hotel at the price of a luxury hotel.

Not happy that I wasn't offered a loyalty card for Novotel Hotel

The dinner menu was limited for selection. The bus stop area has no cover, it was raining so I was all wet before the bus arrived. At a minimum the area should be covered. It should have a camera for safety

I have stayed in the Novotel Brussels Airport many times and the experience is normally very good. The room and food was up to standard this time but the check in/out experience was poor. I am a silver member and had checked in online so I went to the desk for club members/online check in. The hotel was busy but I was left until last to be checked in. Also on check out the staff could not find my booking for quite a long time. It appeared to be related to the check in process.

Clean and tidy facility, however too many confusing/distorting elements

The hotel (and room) was clean and tidy. However, construction/lay-out of the room was somewhat strange (entry of the bathroom at 30cm from the bed, with no sliding door). Eventhough I booked a room including breakfast, this was not invoiced. With the invoice came a lot of confusion, as I first received during the night an invoice that showed that I paid an additional amount for the breakfast, but as breakfast was then not included on the bill, the invoice showed I wouldr receive money back (which of course is not an invoice I can use for my expense claim). This was sorted in the morning but gave quite some confusion. No questions were asked at the reception desk if I needed a ticket to exit the parking lot with my car. And most importantly, the restaurant was only open for buffet dinner, but not for a-la-carte dinner; and in the adjacent cafe in the hotel you could only eat a small selection of easy meals.

We do have some different bathrooms and would have been happy to help you find the none best suited to your requirements on your next visit When a guest prefers express checkout, the proposed invoice is sent during the evening before departure, it this is correct there is no need to pass by the reception, however, or front office team are available for any questions or modification needed. We have taken note of your comments and will be taking them on board for future improvements. We regret that our a-la-carte menu was not on offer the evening of your stay, a buffet is sometimes offered in its place and provides some variety for our regular guests.
