Everything was ok, except that I could not get anything to eat except a big buffet.

No shuttle bus!

My flight to Brussels was 2 and half hours delayed and after much trouble trying to find the stop for the hotel shuttles, there was no sign of the Novotel shuttle. I phoned the hotel and was informed that there was no shuttle service after 10:30 p.m. and I had to take a taxi to the hotel which dropped me off at the barrier and I had to go up a steep incline with luggage to reach the hotel entrance. Not a very good first impression for a hotel with your star rating! At no point in the booking process was it made clear that the shuttle ran on a limited schedule. At the shuttle stop several hotel shuttles were still running at 11:30 p.m. Why wasn’t Novotel?

Left my electric toothbrush in the toilet

I left my electric toothbrush in the toilet and NO ONE of the housekeeping staff found it. That's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. it's a 100 euro toothbrush with travel case. IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO SEE IT.

Although I wasn't able to enjoy a full stay due a late flight schedule upon arrival and an early flight in the morning, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I had a pleasant welcome and chat, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. It's worth staying there.
