I have really liked my stay at the Novotel. The shuttle to the Airport is really good, the beds are very comfortable, good showers and above all: very clean. I will definitely come back. One small negative point I would like to mention is that the Reception staff (or at least the person that was attending me) does not speak Dutch. The hotel is situated in a Flemish city and as a minimum the reception staff should be able to speak Dutch. But it will not stop me from booking again as the other points mentioned are more important. Reception staff was also polite and helpful.

basically everything fine, restaurant/bar nice, room could be a bit bigger, bed is a bit short (compared with the hotel I used during whole 1 month trip) price to high also in case of it is close to the airport

Although the building is prepared to isolate the external noises which is really needed due the proximity with the airport, there is nothing to avoid the internal noises of the other guests slapping their room doors or even talking in the hallway all night along. Also do not expect to be able to clean yourself in a good manner as the bathroom does not fit a normal person besides the beautiful "intelligent" design you cannot access it without going over the bed (or kicking it) as well the shower is smaller than a motorhome! Location, people and others are really great, but you need to balance if it values the price by yourself.
