Overall the hotel was okay enough for a quick stop over, but I would not return. Hair in the bed and in the shower. The walls looked like they had dirt or pop spilled on them. And the bed was incredibly comfortable and made a springing noise every time I got up. There was also a strange cabinet in the toilet room, and when it was raining outside, I could hear it through the cabinet or door that was bolted shut very loudly. The blow dryer did not work either and was very very old. I kept all of my luggage and belongings in the bathroom, so was not to bring home any unwanted bugs, dirtiness or anything else. The floor was not clean either, and I wore sloes whenever I had to walk on it. Overall the hotel is in need of drastic upgrades. The hallway carpeting looks like it had not been cleaned in years and was very dirty.

Had as GOLD a free WELCOME Restaurant was quiet around 8-8.30 pm Was a little bit dark. Only small table LEDs on, when we asked they asap and some other guest were very happy with our request Service was a bit slow Our room 146 was ok but around 9.30/10 pm noisy outside and also under our room, Next morning we told and gym or sportsroom around aparantly… They apologised and would note in our next upcoming booking end Nov 26 to allocate quiet room …

complex logistics to get to the hotel from the airport. overall hotel is dated with upholstery old and dirty. hallway carpet also dirty.

Booked a room with 3 days park&fly. I slightly miscalculated as I checked-in Saturday evening and will check-out the car Wednesday afternoon. However, I was surprised that they added 2 extra days to the bill claiming that Saturday to Wednesday were 5 days, although the car was parked there less than 4 days. It would have been cheaper to book a 7 day Park & Fly. Otherwise, we had a good night sleep and the morning shuttle was on-time. The airport shuttle terminal has been moved further from the entrance, hopefully it's a temporary measure...

I had 2 nights booked but due to some emergency I informed in the checkin that I would only stay 1 night. Hotel said I needed to still pay for the 2 nights and I was charged all the $500+… which really do not correspond to what the hotel/room offers. Will definitely not be staying here again, even it being one block away from my company’s office.

My room was set up for 3 people even though it was only me staying, as a result the sofa had been converted to a bed which I did not need, taking valuable space in the room. The bathroom looked like it was added as an after-thought, with "japanese stype" doors sitting inches away from my bed - not pleasant. The basin tap was weirdly on the left hand side rather than in front of you, making the whole set up, again, very strange and uncomfortable. I will not want to stay in room 125 again!

A comfortable and easy stay, close to the airport although the food was rather expensive. A special thank you to the shuttle bus driver, who not only helped me with my suitcases but even found me a luggage trolley at the airport.
