During the night, at around 2:00 a.m., we were woken up by the fire alarm. What I found especially disappointing was that there was no apology from the staff, neither at the time nor the following day. There was also no gesture of goodwill or any other form of compensation, which I would normally expect in such a situation. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this has happened. I have stayed at this hotel three times, and on two of those occasions I was woken up at unusual hours by a fire alarm. The repeated disruption, combined with the lack of apology or acknowledgment, left a very negative impression. In addition, before leaving the hotel, I had requested to speak with a manager. Although I had announced this in advance, no responsible person was available at the time of my check-out. This added to my frustration and further contributed to my negative impression of the stay. For these reasons, I would rate my stay poorly.

Bed was super comfy, decoration of hotel is fantastic, staff is super friendly, food (dinner) and breakfast was great. Coffee cups in room were missing.

The hotel is new and all rooms are perfectly furnished with business travelers in mind. The lighting, electric shades at windows, comfortable bed, functional and wide writing desk made the stay really comfortable and effective. They gym is open 24/7 and really well equipped. Breakfast and restaurant area is fab location on 8th floor. The only critique here is the lack of vegan options in the menu for a healthy and complete meal (including plant-based protein).
