overall good experience, just a few points. It was annoying that the restaurant was closed on Dec 30th in the evening. Also, there never robes in the room to go into the spa. And it's also a tad annoying that the coffee pads in the room don't explain which ones are decaf or regular, they just have a different color without information. Also, the QR code in the room showed the wrong hours for breakfast. It said breakfast from 6am while it was really 7am so we had to skip it.

Airport shuttle service & Restaurant both have very limited hours. Bar appeared “OPEN” but we were told to go to lobby. Rooms were very comfortable but the rest of the guest services were not as described.
