The A/C not working, windows not opening at least the minimum so it ventilates the room, so asked reception to turn on the A/C been promised they will do but never happened. Tried to get some food room service and been denied due to being busy not even being on waitlist or offered different time. Coffee pods in the room not being offered at least one per day. The room was smelly and told the reception the moment i walked in the room and they were “aa ok” no action. Not a hotel i’d recommend.

It was fine for a night, slightöy expensive food

It's a new hotel with all required well maintained amenities for business travel. Restaurant staff has great attitude. Housekeeping is a hit and miss. Stayed for two weeks, missed a few days of room cleaning, laundry was missed for 4 days and needed a follow up etc. Overall good value for a short to medium stay.

The staff were pleasant and room was very good. The restaurant was closed on a Friday night .j ordered salmon and asparagus tagliatelle to be delivered to my room from the bar. The meal delivered had neither salmon nor asparagus in it . It had some tasteless white fish, cream and nothing else. An hourly shuttle bus is not frequent enough for business travel

Twice in two consecutive days I was late for meetings at the airport since the shuttle did not arrive and leave on time. €40 in taxi and being late. Very disappointing

The hotel was very hip and room was nice. I was disappointed that the shuttle only picks up guests during two short windows each day. Sauna /steam was non functional.

Hotel is really nice modern well designed hotel light and airy decor which has actually beeen thought out not the usual designer rubbish that some teenage designer who has never stayed in a hotel that so many hotels are victim to. The location is in sort of business park warehousey district about 10 mins from airport. Shuttle bus is a pain and you can be waiting for up to 45 mins when it is running and you have to get a taxi to and from airport in middle of day which adds £30-40 per round trip to take into account. Reception is on 8th floor rather than ground. Check in was quite slow and it seemed that computer system had problems as did t recognise what had been lalready paid or they had to fiddle around to actually get payment from card. Room itself glorious roomy bright spacious tastefully decorated and very comfortable bed. These touch pad lights which actually were quite intuitive unlike some other hotels where you can spend ages at night trying to get that last blasted light off.Bathroom really nice modern clean with really good shower. Also no ridiculous bright tv or phone lights to keep your awake at night and an aircon that is actually controllable. Huge tv with decent picture and usual coffee making facilities. Floor mix of carpet and wood and very comfortable chairs to sit on. Very quiet couldn’t hear much from outside and nothing from rooms around you or in corridor outside. The restaurant bistro on 8th floor really nicely decorated and a short menu which always indicate a that it’s actually cooked from a scratch as opposed to usual processed packaged rubbish offered in so many hotels. It’s actually so good if I lived in area it’s a sort of a place would be quite happy to go for drinks dinner with its great view. It also has decent wine selection. Dinner was great with some free nibbles staff professional not the usual enjoy nonsense offered by others. Slick operation like a professional restaurant not just an airport hotel. There is also a help and pay yourself section next to reception for drinks nibbles etc and the large area round reception on 8th floor nice place to enjoy the view from. A place happy to spend time in unlike most airport hotels which has charm of a gate waiting area at the airport. Would be very happy to recommend and stay again. It does suffer from reliance on the shuttle bus/taxi to get there and back - if they could solve/significantly reduce that lack of convenience that would be a huge plus. If coming by car they have tons of parking spaces in secure car park so not an issue. If taking shuttle bus need to know that it stops on road at top of ramp not in front of hotel ( it’s a proper bus not minibus so can’t get down). One of the very best airport hotels I have stayed in which should stand test of time helped by the great restaurant and bar on top floor. Would seem some teething problems with staff not being familiar with or computer system at check in not quite being up to scratch. This moves right up my charts for airport hotels of which stayed in loads, it doesn’t make it to the top slot as it’s not connected to the airport and doesn’t have a pool ( bliss after a long flight) but shoots up the charts to give them a run for the money overtaking many many others in the process so huge credit to them. Have stayed in other airport movenpicks in Switzerland which have definitely stood test of time as am sure this one will. Airport access is its weakest point but overall it exceeded my expectations.

I asked 3 times to clean my room. The first 2 times (last time at 16h00) I was told by an unfriendly person (in contradiction to other people at reception that in general are always super friendly) at the counter that does not speak any of the 3 official Belgian languages that the crew was still cleaning the rooms and that they were not finished yet. Third time I asked her at 18h45 she told me the crew already went home and that she could not do anything about the situation. Even if you do not speak the 3 official languages, the word "I am sorry" or "I apologise" can not be too difficult to learn and express.

Stayed for 1 night to catch an early flight. Such a comfort and friendly attentfull staff, we almost wanted to cancel our holiday and stay at Movenpick instead :)

The rooms are okay and clean. The staff reception service orientated, but the staff at the restaurant horrible and the quality of the diner far below par and Mövenpick standards.

Modern, spacious and well equipped rooms, parking nearby, close to airport, friendly staff :)

I went through four rooms in two weeks. I booked a room with a single bed online but was given one with two beds. A couple of days later, I was moved to an accessible room where the bathroom drain didn't work, causing the whole room to flood. I was moved to a standard room, but two days later the air conditioning stopped working, making it stiflingly hot and hard to breathe. The fourth room was a beautiful two-room suite (I received a free upgrade—thanks!), but it nearly made me sick. It turned out that even when switched off, the AC kept blowing cold air at night; the only way to stop it was to switch it to "heat" mode, at which point it stopped blowing altogether. I woke up with a sore throat and a deaf ear from the cold draft. By the way, the bedroom door handle fell off and sat on the dresser for three days; even though the room was cleaned daily, no one fixed it. I had to call reception three times just to enter or exit the parking lot because the barrier was broken, too. The lobby is very beautiful, but on Friday morning, all the tables and chairs were dirty—it looked like no one had cleaned up after a party. To be precise, the dishes had been cleared away, but they hadn't bothered to wipe up the crumbs and stains. It is sad to see a great new hotel already falling into such a state of disrepair. I visit Brussels frequently for work and have stayed at all the Zaventem hotels for months at a time. I had hoped your hotel would become my new regular base, but for now, I think I’ll hold off. I hope you find this review useful. By the way, the restaurant service used to be faster, and the steak portions were larger, too! =) That said, you still have the best restaurant in the area.

I booked throght the company and although the room was paid, they charged the total amount in my personal credit card. I wrote 2 emails and no reply so far. Can someone please come back to me?
