I always choose Mövenpick because it is close to my office and I really enjoy the service provided in the hotel. Staff people from reception and restaurant are always kind, polite and helpful. It’s the inconsistency of the housekeeping that is lowering the standards. For example, they always clean room nicely, and replenish towels, but for example they take wash cloth and don’t give a new one. They do not replenish amenities, and I always get confused because sometimes they replenish it random way. The same happens with small things such as tea and sugar. Yes - I can call reception asking to provide new items, but shouldn’t this be just standard? Yes I will keep on choosing Movenpick but it’s a shame that no one checks it. Small things sometimes make the difference

Hotel is well designed and staffs are nice, but only thing is that the extra layer of cushion on top of the bed is way too soft and has no proper support. It dramatically lowered the sleep quality.

stayed with the family, 2 rooms, but the experience was very limited. Restaurant closed (again, my third time it is closed) which means I could only order greasy takeaway food and have it delivered as I arrived by public transport. The service at the (improvised) bar was very slow and large part of the menu was not available. It feels very unwelcoming.

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located near Brussels airport . Being an airport hotel, I selected here because of the attractive looking restaurant. On check in, I was advised the restaurant was closed for a private function. I had two restaurants suggested on a postit note and told I could call a taxi to get to them. As I had pre-paid my room, I could not cancel, so was stuck at a hotel with no dinner available on premises. Disappointed.
