I’m used to stay in the hotel but unfortunately I have seen diffferences over the last months. During my last stay on Sunday January 18th, the room had a couple of issues: lighting not working in the bathroom, no heating when arriving, toilet paper support broken in bathroom, sugar pack already open for the coffee,.. not reflecting the standard level of the hotel.

I got upgraded to a Junior Suite which was super comfortable, the only problem was there was no hot water in the shower (and only luke warm in the sink), poor ending to an otherwise fantastic stay.
