Aparthotel Adagio was replete in professionalism, comfort, and convenience. "Stellar" is my grading of this hotel and plaudits to the staff and front office management for excellence. Further descriptors for my stay would be clean, classy, clever, cozy, and secure.

Even thought mostly new, heating was not working, fan was blowing cold air and could not be stopped, told reception and said is the same in all building as is an issue with hvac (0 dgr at night), weird 4m tall room(ground floor) made it even more colder, poor quality interiors even thou they were new, table with no screws, missing remote, was not told the first day breakfast is served in another hotel, shower was going from ice to lava while showering at random.

Unfortunately, there was a temporary HVAC malfunction affecting the building during extremely low nighttime temperatures, but we understand that this does not lessen the discomfort you experienced—especially given the high ceilings in your room, which can make it feel even colder. Please be assured that this matter has been addressed with our maintenance team to prevent similar situations in the future. We are also very concerned to hear about the interior issues you mentioned, including the unsecured table, the missing remote control, and the inconsistent shower temperature. This does not reflect the standards we aim to maintain, even in newly renovated spaces. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and corrective action. Additionally, we apologize for the lack of clear communication regarding the breakfast location. TV was not working and receptionist said problem was from day before and nothing they could do. Next morning woken up by housekeeper checking rooms at 7am, and since we forgot to lock our room she entered our room briefly.

It was adequate for what we needed but not what we would have preferred. It would have been nice to have a queen sized bed instead of two twins pushed together. While we appreciated the breakfast we did not realize when we booked that we would have to go to the Holiday Inn to get it. In the most part the staff was helpful when we asked questions. It would of been helpful to have something put together to help travelers who are not from Belgium in how to get around and how to use the various modes of transportation.

Hotel had multiple flaws....hallway with 3 exposed large electrical cables, holes in bathroom where toiletries were affixed, inoperative safes, and rather bland breakfast across the way at Holiday Inn but the highlight was Alexy. This young man is a STAR. Customer Service in Europe and US has gotten awful but Alexy was kind....super friendly and when I said that I had questions he replied "That's what im here for. Ask as many as you like" He has bright future. The world needs more Alexys.
