The parking garage is not easy to find, the bed is comfortable, the cooking facility needs a bit improvement (i.e. the pot lid should fit the pot), bathroom is clean but could do with a little more space for hanging towels.

The hotel and staff are excellent, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is refreshing. The services are well supported and the silence is really good for sleep. One note of constructive feedback is that given the lack of food options in the area, I would hope for a bit more food options to be provided for the evening. After a day of physical manual labour, you don't really want a half hour walk for food and the few options provided are priced somewhat extortionistically. More can be done by the hotel in this category with a little creativity. Besides that, it is really is a cozy place to stay for a work trip.

Awful experience. Nonsmoking policy in rooms not working. I received room where every evening was smoke smell from air conditioning system, somebody was smoking every day for 5 days in row. Disgusting. Breakfast was included, but it hardly called breakfast. No space to sit, no food to eat, 3coffee machines, always busy or not working. Construction noise during day in the hotel. Great bonus kitchen in the room. Thats all.

I booked a room for 6 nights at this hotel. However, there was no housekeeping during the entire 6 days. I didn't even exceed a week, so that was surprising. Because of that, there were no fresh towels, no toilet paper refills, and unfortunately, there was a bad smell in the bathroom throughout my stay. On top of that, they refused to charge the room when I asked. A few important things to be aware of: · Shuttle bus: Don't be surprised if the shuttle bus doesn't arrive or gets canceled without notice. That's exactly what happened to me and other guests waiting for it. The hotel staff can't help you with this matter – you'll need to book an Uber or taxi instead, so make sure you allow enough time for that. · Location: On a positive note, the train station is close by to reach the city, and there's a grocery store nearby as well. Overall: Fine for basics, but don't rely on housekeeping, the shuttle, or basic service requests like charging your room. Hope this helps someone plan better than I did.
