The experience overall was good. My only complaints would be for the staff to double check that the room is 100% clean before providing the keys, especially the kitchen supplies, a lot of them were not cleaned properly (I am assuming it was whoever stayed there before me) Also would be nice if they had more food and drink options available to purchase downstairs instead of having us go to the Holiday Inn store in front of the hotel especially during cold winter time, same for the included breakfast, would be nice if it was at Adagio and not at the Holiday Inn. Everything else was okay, very nice and calm and quiet, the rooms nice and spacious, the heating and tv was all working fine.

The room was well maintained and clean, spacious enough. I stayed for 5 nights; TV was not working during that period, and the Wi-Fi did not work during one of the nights. There was also conflicting information regarding breakfast: in the hotel there were flyers mentioning that the breakfast (served at the Holiday Inn across the patio) was an additional €21; however, upon asking at the Holiday Inn they confirmed that breakfast was included (and I indeed did not have to pay for it separately). I did not use the airport shuttle service, but others who were traveling with me did, and it seemed to have worked well. All in all, a fairly comfortable stay for its price.

Room was very small and bed was like sleeping on a block. Internet was out so no TV no internet rock hard bed broken lamp. Black hairs in shower and on bathroom floor. Was an awful stay

Easy to reach from EU institutions & from the airport. Carrefour is close enough for groceries, so if you already know Brussels & have no need to soak the city in, this a rather good option. Nice room with good lights and a desk for working as well as basic kitchen equipment.
