Unmaintained hotel. I expected the Adagio standard, and I think I’ve already given this place enough chances. The TV has never worked (and I’ve been staying there regularly since November). Over six months, they haven’t been able to fix it (throughout the entire property). The kitchen is often missing basic equipment (e.g. a frying pan, so preparing breakfast is impossible). This time, there was no shampoo/soap in the shower. And a major disappointment was the fitness centre (dirty floor and although there are a few decent cardio machines, there is absolutely nothing for strength training. Literally nothing. Empty. Just cardio machines—three?—and not a single weight or strength machine).

In my room on one big window there was no curtains,only electric net which is programmed by Hotel,so every night and morning that net was up and all the light from outside was coming direct to the bed. Some parts of room and Hotel wasnt properly cleaned.

I had a good stay and I especially like the room and functionality. Biggest downside for me: I choose a hotel with a kettle only to find there was no tea provided. Further, it was rather cold in the room and no way to influence the temperature. Last point for business travellers: I booked via our company business travel portal and usually hotels can see the address provided for the invoice. Here providing the address had to be handwritten on paper and then corrected again at checkout. Not very customer friendly for a hotel listed on a business website. All in all, I would book this hotel again :)

I always like staying at this accommodation but unfortunately despite the positives, the TV not working marked my overall experience down. I did report this on my first night and was given an assurance that it would be fixed next day. It wasn’t.
