Booked a 4 person studio for 2 nights. Airconditioning and wasn't working and toilet didn't flush well. After some discussion, the staff relocated us to Holiday Inn Express next by, which was very comfortable and well suited our needs. Breakfast was very good. The location of these hotels is quite good. I was initially sceptical to stay 2 nights at an airport hotel due to the distance, but it was actually not an issue. 10 minutes walk to the station in an area that felt very safe. You just have to time the S train which is inexpensive, but may only pass every 30 or 60 minutes. Shuttle to airport was on time. Great service overall Would come back. PS. the kids loved the baby-foot table.

My experience at this location was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciated having a mini kitchenette to prepare food since I was staying for multiple nights. I also really appreciated that I was able to wash and dry my clothes onsite and the system to do so was very easy. Having access to a shuttle that provided transportation to and from the airport was nice, though the schedule seems odd since it stops quite early and doesn’t resume until the later evening. The only issue I had was that the air conditioning unit did not work in the room and when I inquired about this I was able to view other rooms but they still had the same error message on the in room unit. The units weren’t even able to blow regular noncool air through them, meaning I had to leave my window open at all times to have any air flow. I was offered to move to another hotel close by, but chose to stay to be able to use the kitchenette.

Lovely quiet hotel in a perfect location if flying in to Brussels. An easy drive to the stadium if attending an event there. Rooms are high quality and well designed. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. Would recommend!

We were able to park for free for staying 4 days. They are so kind and helpful. Even tho there had been an alarm problem both in Adagio and the sister hotel, making everyone worried and came down from their room. It was frightening experience, but the hotel staffs are good to calm people. Since there was really no issue.

Overall a pleasant stay +clean +well located near train station +large room +Washing machines -3rd bed was broken and not fixed during stay. Slept with matras on the ground -towel for 3rd person missing and received small one for the evening. Was not exchanged with larger one during our stay.

We stayed in room 727 on 16–17 July. We booked a room for three adults specifically so that my son would have a proper full bed. That is not what we received. The single bed was broken — it opened but would not lock into place and kept collapsing back down, so it was unusable for the entire stay. We reported it to reception as soon as we checked in and were told a technician would come. No one ever came. We followed up several times, and every single time the receptionist simply said he was busy and that we had to keep waiting. At one point he told us he would come up to our room himself to check the bed if the technician didn’t arrive — that never happened either. We also asked to be moved to another room and were again told only to wait. We had a flight in a few hours and my son had nowhere to sleep. What made it worse than the broken bed was the complete lack of communication and the empty promises. We paid for a room with three beds and did not receive it. A very disappointing end to our first trip to Belgium.

The room was big but not well cleaned. We had a room on the ground floor but the balcony door was broken and you couldn’t close it anymore. So everyone from outside could come inside if they wanted. No one could repair or help out. No other room was free. Very unsafe if you travel as woman

On the positive side, the location is great—it is just a convenient 12-minute walk to Diegem station. ​However, the stay was ruined because the AC was broken during a severe heatwave. I reported it immediately upon arrival, and when I followed up on my third day, the receptionist was multitasking, speaking into a headset in his native language while dealing with me, which felt quite unprofessional and dismissive. Both times I was simply told they had no idea when the AC would be fixed. They did provide a fan, but it wasn't nearly enough to cool a sweltering room. ​Mechanical failures happen, but management needs better contingency plans and more attentive customer service.

We stayed in room 202 with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter. Overall, this stay was far below acceptable standards, especially for a family with a young child. We are extremely disappointed by both the room conditions and the lack of customer service. Upon arrival, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which is particularly unacceptable when traveling with a young child. There was no air conditioning, despite outdoor temperatures reaching 38°C, making the room very uncomfortable and nearly impossible to sleep in. Cleanliness and maintenance were also serious issues. The chairs were sticky and we found a toy from a previous guest under the bed along with dust and pieces of food, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, the sink was broken — there was no proper evacuation pipe, and water leaked directly under the cabinet when used. The beds were very uncomfortable, and although we requested a baby bed in advance, none was available upon arrival. We reported all these problems to the receptionist, but the response we received was simply, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” with no attempt to offer a solution or alternative. We ended up opening the window at night just to get some fresh air, but the room is located directly above the main entrance, so we had to endure constant noise from cars and people outside.

We had reserved 2 rooms with 4 guests per room. They had made the double bed, opened a single bed and a couch both of which were not made up. They had no sheets or blankets we could use to even make up our own beds. When asking at the front desk, they just said they didn't have any. In one room the air conditioning didn't work. After asking twice they finally provided a very small fan which did little to circulate the air. We went to use the kitchen sink and water started streaming out from under the cabinet. When looking in the cabinet, we found the drain pipe was disconnected. The hallway had broken glass on the carpet. Yes, it was convenient to get to the airport. However, they had no one to help with luggage and it was a walk to meet the bus. As we boarded the bus - there were 8 of us with little children and lots of luggage - the bus driver saw fit to start honking his horn at us to get us moving. The interesting thing was that at the next stop - The Holiday Inn - the bus driver left the bus and we waited about 5 minutes before he came back with a couple passengers. It was a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- aircon was not working and nobody informed us when we checked in which seems like a dubious practice - as the aircon was not working we could have at least the keys to open the window in the room - wardrobe was completely broken - bathroom had very few shampoo and an odd smell overall
