We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you encountered during your stay, particularly regarding the condition of the room, the damaged bathroom cabinets, the malfunctioning toilet button, the trash bin, and the uncomfortable beds. We also regret that the television issues persisted despite repeated technical assistance and ultimately led you to leave earlier than planned.
