It's a nice and clean hotel. All the staffs are polite and so helpful. The room is nice and clean. Thanks for Upgrading my room as a Platinum Member benefit. And it's good price for red-hot promotion. The Lounge quiet big and the food are Okay. The Breakfast are superb, so many varieties and the taste is excellent. This hotel also a walking distance to many big malls. So nice and satisfied to stay in this hotel. Veru recommended 👍

We stayed as a family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and overall had an enjoyable experience. We appreciated the upgrade to a Grand Executive room and the convenient location near Bundaran HI. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with three types of pillows and even a bolster. I also loved the batik robe. Breakfast had a great selection, and we enjoyed the executive lounge, including afternoon tea before check-out. The highlight was the à la carte menu during evening cocktails: we tried all four dishes to share, and they were delicious. We especially enjoyed the duck and pempek. The lounge staff also kindly prepared peeled fruit for us to share. A few things could be improved. The birthday setup and welcome amenity felt quite simple for a special occasion, and the lounge service could have been warmer. The room was not well soundproofed; at night, traffic and construction noise were loud enough to disturb us when we were trying to sleep. Despite these points, we enjoyed the food, the comfortable bed, and our time together.

I've been staying at Thamrin since July, all the way till now. So when I checked out of Thamrin and tried Central Jakarta for the first time, I booked the cheapest room available and still received top-notch service (and I'm not referring to the complimentary upgrades I get as an Accor Plus member). It made me feel special, even as a first-time guest. At Thamrin, meanwhile, despite being a regular guest since July, I booked one category below Suites and only received standard service. If this continues, I'll have to consider switching to Grand Hyatt, which is right across from Thamrin. I'll be in Jakarta every month, so this is a real consideration for me.
