We arrived early but still got into our room on time. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a very good sleep. Breakfast was very good too. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful.

I stayed in twin bed room, the room was spacious for us. Helpful staff. Even though u are in main road, we didn’t hear the noise. Extremely helpful staff and very smiley so we feel really comfortable staying there.

The heating in the room was restricted to a maximum of 24°. Due to the large windows, this made the room cold. The shape of the room probably added to the heat struggling to reach the bed. The king sized bed in this premium room was just two single beds and two single mattresses pushed together. The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming untucked exposing the two single mattress toppers. The bathroom was like a caravan bathroom added into the room. The shower had no power and there was no hand towel provided. On the second night, we were woken by loud live music at midnight, after going to reception and giving my room number 658, I was told we were above a nightclub and the music would continue until 3am. I had to say I didn't find that acceptable for a room classed as premium before I was offered a change of room. We paid £130 per night.

I would like to address your concerns about the heating system. The hotel has policies in place for temperature control to ensure guest safety and comfort. Our friendly 24/7h reception team is always happy to offer a portable heater if the temperature in the room is not to your liking. Regarding the bedding configuration, I acknowledge your observation about the mattresses, your feedback is duly noted as we strive to enhance our guests' experience. With respect to the bathroom facilities, I appreciate your feedback regarding the shower pressure - this has been forwarded to our maintenance department for the evaluation. We do not offer hand towels, but large bath towels and smaller bath mats, both are available at the reception upon request 24/7, we are always happy to supply as many extras as you require. Lastly, I regret to hear about the noise disturbance you experienced during your stay. We aim to provide a peaceful environment for all our guest, and happy to have successfully assisted you with the room move that was better suited for yourself.
