Room was clean in places that mattered though curtains were stained/dirty. Shower door let water into bathroom. Location was excellent.

Nice and clean, good location for central Edinburgh, friendly staff. Down side was having to get past the rough sleepers and drunks camped outside the supermarket two doors down.
