Budget hotel. Room was ok for what you pay for. Towels and toilet paper could be better even for a budget hotel. Upper bed deserve a better cleaning , I found a previous guest lipstick and lots of dirty. Front desk agent who made our check in was really nice and polite. Tv was OFf when we arrived.

Took a taxi to the hotel but could have easily taken the Tram. Very clean hotel, people wearing masks. Much appreciated during these difficult times. Fast check-in and courteous staff. Room small but very clean.

Disappointing! The receptionist didn’t want to order me a taxi for the next morning. Since I was leaving at 3am this is unacceptable for a businesswoman! There was no wake up call option, once again unacceptable! For me ibis was always a great option for a ‘quick business stay’ and I was a loyal ibis customer stying in various Ibis hotels for over 15 years and this one was really not in great condition. Having been in many different ibis hotels in different countries in Australia, Portugal, England, Germany, Switzerland I have always appreciated the chain, but after this stay I was so disappointed I am changing hotels to stay in.

Having experienced IBIS Budget Airport Zurich before, this - of course - was somewhat different. Budget means Budget, but now it was sub-budget. I do understand, and to the benefit of the hotel I want to remark, that I do not have any means of comparison with another hotel at this time. Julian did a great job !

Quality is according to the price. Room is simple and clean. Very good level of attention at reception desk. The location is just 2 tram stops from Zurich Airport, however there is nothing else around.

Very close to airport. 1 min walk to tram station. Breakfast was excellent with reasonably large choice. Room is small but OK if you only need to sleep. Toilet, shower and TV in room. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good experience for my first stay.
