I don't normally care for airport hotels, but the light rail that goes directly to the city center is right in front of this hotel. It's a 30-min ride to Zurich Central. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good--if you buy it in advance, it's cheaper than paying for it the same day. The hotel aside, I do like Accor and the ALL rewards program, but they have got to work on getting status nights and reward points posted faster. I booked this hotel directly from the ALL app and checked out 8 days ago, but I still haven't seen the status nights and points hit my account yet. Hilton and Marriott never take more than a day or two for points to post, so it's clearly possible for this to be timely in the industry.

After traveling all day & night, battling excessive fatigue from chemotherapy, all I needed was a morning room near the airport to sleep a few hours for a fair price. Your manager, Julien, worked hard through many emails to give me those few hours of rest before I moved on with my vacation. I was greeted with a warm smile and quickly was checked in and in my room. That's all I needed.

The location which is closer to Zurich airport and with just one train to get to the Zurich city center makes is a perfect place to stay in Zurich especially for those who wish to travel using public transport.

A perfectly acceptable alternative to the expensive hotels directly at the airport. Right on Tram lines 10 and 12, only two stops (four minutes) from the airport entrance. You can buy a tram ticket, return, from the machines at the entrance (about 8 CHF per ticket, return fare). Or simply get on the tram - no one checks anyway. The hotel: quite basic in its amenities, and small rooms, but very clean, functional and just "nice". And affordable. The wifi is excellent, and free. You can purchase snacks, drinks and whatnot in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is not too bad at all for CHF 15. I would certainly stay here again at 1/3 the cost of the "high-end" hotels at the airport.
