Terrible neighbourhood, I didn't feel safe. I asked to be refunded to go somewhere else and it was denied because of the room rate. Sad they wouldn't make an exception so I had a horrible stay in Paris.

Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que notre établissement est situé à Ivry-sur-Seine, une commune aux portes de Paris, bien desservie par les transports et choisie par de nombreux voyageurs pour sa proximité avec la capitale. Le quartier est un secteur urbain vivant, comme c’est souvent le cas en région parisienne. Concernant votre demande de remboursement, celle-ci n’a malheureusement pas pu être acceptée car la réservation respectait les conditions tarifaires que vous aviez validées lors de la confirmation. Ces conditions ne permettent pas d’annulation ou de remboursement après l’arrivée. Nous regrettons que cette situation ait impacté votre séjour et restons toujours disponibles pour accompagner nos clients lorsqu’ils nous signalent une difficulté pendant leur présence à l’hôtel. The room is clean with basic needed items. The kitchenette is good enough, the reception is easily reachable and very nice. It’s easy enough to get to Paris, though a bit long. However, it’s a bit loud from the hallway and the street. For the kitchen, for a longer stay, I would add some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil…)

Overall I am satisfied with my stay. All of receptionists are pleasant and willing to help, but I was mostly satisfied with Kamel. He is always professional and seems to have the most experience. Don't get me wrong. The rest of them are also good, pleasant and have their own qualities. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Only bad things I can say is regarding equipment in kitchen (always something missing and then I have to ask for it at reception - always) and the room temperatures. In my opinion 20,5 degrees of room temperature is too low. At night I don't mind it, but during the day, I want it to be at least 22 (ideally) 23 degrees. The best way is to give me an option to regulate it. When I am leaving my room of course I will decrease the heating.
