The hotel was disappointing. We had dirty towels and the room was generally not clean. The cot that was supplied was damaged, which caused her to role in the night and not safe for our baby. Clearing our own rubbish was unusual for hotel chain.

Good facilities, cheerful and helpful staff, but the "no smoking" policy is a joke and absolutely not enforced. As an athsmatic allergic to tobacco, being exposed to constant smoking for the second half of my stay was very disappointing.
