Aparthotel Adagio access Paris Quai d'Ivry 3 stars

4 of us went on a short holiday to Paris and found the location of the hotel to be perfect - inside the city yet quiet and away from any noise. The staff was super helpful and helped us when needed. There is also a big collection of maps and other brochures of activities around, to plan the day trips around Paris.

A very good experience location is very well connected to city. Buses, Trains, Metro all walk-able distances. Double bed rooms are beautiful neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and responsive.

My allocated one bedroom apartment (no 425) was quite spacious for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and had a great view to the adjacent garden however the carpet looked quite old and had not properly been vacuumed / cleaned. The mattress of the sofa bed seemed a bit filthy with a bit of human hairs scattered all around underneath the linen (possibly from the previous guests?). One of the lamps on the side bed also didn't work.

I arrived to a room with broken shower door and a leaking toilet. No one cleaned the room and noticed it before my arrival? It was fixed when a complained.

The room size was great but beds (twin beds) had considerable usage.

location is good , but connection to Metro was not good due to construction work on some RER lines. Rooms cleaning was not satisfying . Floor carpets were not clean and room had a bad smell.

No air conditioning or fan in the room. Staff was rude and difficult to approach.

The room was clean but hot. Also the customer service needs to be improved.

In the first room we were given, there was toilet paper still in the toilet and a roach in the bathroom. The carpets and couch also looked very dirty. We were concerned with the overall cleanliness of the room, especially after finding the bug, and requested another room. My family is Asian American but my sister understands French. The receptionist gave us another room but said in French to her coworker that my mom was exaggerating. The next room looked cleaner. The rooms were substantially hotter than the temperature outside, and there is no AC. We were able to get a fan from the front desk. There is no housekeeping, and there was litter in the halls leading up to our room. They charge 6 euros for extra towels. Overall, it was a tolerable experience but I would choose another hotel if given the option.

The hotel is very good comparing to its price , clean and room space is very good. Special thanks to the Staff they are very helpful and friendly. A little bit far from the city center if the RER not functioning.

Location, friendliness of staff, and breakfast...so much for the positive parts. Rooms worn out, dirty, icky, smelly and in bad shape. Beds uncomfortable. Toilet 3cm in front of a wall a joke! Horrible!

It was hot without AC. Need improvement in cooking utensil. 10 minute walk from public transportation. Calm neighbor. 5 minute walk from supermarket. Several restaurant across the street. They change the access code without notifying me. I got only 2 sets of towels and charge me when I asked new towels during my 4 day stay.

Courteous staff, secure parking and a well set up room. Also, easy access to all the main sights via the local train. Only flaw was the two 6am false fire alarms. Would recommend for families driving to Paris and wishing to save on breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is close to the RER station, the public transport is very good and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The kitchen was not well equiped: only one glass for example, but everything was clean. The room is small, but comfortable and quiet. There is only one blanket on the bed - if you are not accostumed to that it might be strange for two people. The heating was fine. I recommend this aparthotel for a short journey in Paris!

This hotel was booked as a stop on our journey from Calais to Spain. We knew that we would be arriving at a late hour and emailed the hotel to notify them of this and to check that this would be okay. We had a very quick response saying that the hotel had 24 hour reception staff and that this would be no problem at all. The website also states that the hotel has 24 hour reception and check in. However, upon our arrival at this hotel there was no-one at reception, no answer to our telephone calls and we could not gain access to our room. This was very distressing as we had had a tiring journey from the UK. The hotel even has a sign by the door saying that it is open 24/7! After half an hour of trying to get in and calling the hotel - we had to take the decision to drive to another hotel and check in there for the night at a great cost of just under €200! We have complained to the same email address that we had our assurances from, have notified the hotel group on Twitter and have had absolutely no response from anyone at all. I would like an explanation for what happened, a refund for the room that we had pre-paid and could not use and also full compensation for the extra cost we incurred at our eventual hotel. TERRIBLE service! DO NOT use these hotels. Please understand that I would not usually write reviews such as this but I have had absolutely no correspondence to my complaints.
