Room was old and shabby. It had not been cleaned properly - food left in fridge from previous occupant. Paintwork was dirty and peeling. No net curtains, bathroom sink had a huge crack in it. Floorboards creaked and the bed moved when someone walked in the corridor. Paid for upgraded room but no robe or slippers. Would never recommend anyone stay.

The staff were very helpful and the location was good as we had just arrived back from France. However, the hotel sadly needs refurbished.

I booked a double room with bath. The room itself ok but the view was dire a flat roof with a/c units and piping very depressing. The bath water was tepid coming through the hot tap if I wasn’t depressed before I checked in I certainly was when I left. No Netflix on tv very basic throughout

We stayed for 3 nights for a car meet. We were greeted by friendly receptionist and given instructions to our room. The room was pleasant. No air-con, so we had the windows open slightly at night as it was quite warm. Our stay included breakfast and evening meal. They were buffet style, but everything was cooked lovely and there was plenty of food. Overall the hotel was nice, but a little tired in places, but for the price we paid, I would be more than happy to stay there again. All the staff were very friendly and they couldn't have tried harder to make us feel welcome. Many thanks Dave & Teresa
