The staff we met were helpful and keen to help. Parking was a doodle and the room was spotlessly clean, if a little dated. But the room was very hot. We had to use the supplied fan and I struggled to sleep. The shower was inside the bath with hardly any space and was fixed to the wall too low down for me. Bathroom needed a refresh.

The whole hotel needs a full renovation , the family room we stayed looks old , definitely not how it looks from picture , view from window was horrible and room was dirty , we found hairs and piece of cartoon on one of the corner of the room , swimming pool great but the changing room so rusty, broken and old , staff so unpleasant , they need to learn to have more good manner with clients, breakfast was really good!

Door couldn’t lock, window safety latch was broken, bath curtain rail too short and water messing everywhere, smoking coming from the corridor, no tv signal so just black screen.
