Arrived to be told parking costs £7 but All Accor app says “free parking”. Receptionist, Cynthia, was less than helpful and at times rude. Room was tired and furniture chipped, bubbled and carpet was worn. Toilet flush didn’t work properly. This is definitely the worst All Accor hotel I have ever stayed in.

Lovely staff, lovely food, room tired, no sleep. Floorboards above creaked to the point of a whole hour in the middle of the night, when guests in room above came back, it sounded like they were moving all the furniture.
