I booked 2 rooms, one double room for myself which was good and another room for my friends. Their room was very noisy and hot so the next morning they asked to move rooms, they were shown a new room which had air conditioning so they accepted it. After moving into the room they noticed that it needed cleaning and the cold water tap wasn’t working with any running water which reported to reception who promised that it would be sorted out while we went out for the day. On our return the water tap still wasn’t working so they had to move rooms again. This is totally unacceptable to have to move twice in less than 24 hours especially when they are elderly.

We appreciate that having to change rooms twice within such a short period was particularly inconvenient, especially for elderly guests.
