This was my 3rd stay this year and once again staff were absolutely lovely. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff makes you want to return. Room was spotless and breakfast was lovely, spa was a much needed treat. Will definitely be back.

We went for a 1 night stay on a Groupon deal due to this hotel’s 2 mile proximity to Chester. Exceptional value for money, welcoming and attentive staff, basic double room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast selection and small clean pool area with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

My bathroom was disgustingly. Grime on the bathroom floor, hairs which were there when I arrived and lots of dust! Radiator had to be left on full as when turned off it was very noisy so obviously faulty. I did comply. About my room and it was sort of cleaned that day but still grime in the bathroom. The next day, my room was not serviced. No toilet roll, clean towels, nothing!
