The hotel situated perfectly on the edge of Chester city , service was exceptional, all staff were prefect , hotel easy reach to park and ride , room comfortable, restaurant food was very good . I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Two slight ‘hiccups’ - the door handle fell off on the first evening and no handyman available til the next morning so our friends in the next room had to let us out. We were offered a change of rooms but did not want to go to the hassle of repacking all our belongings. The other issue was the chair in the room collapsing whilst my husband was sitting on it watching tv. (Whilst he is not tiny neither is he excessively overweight. Our other issue was that the hotel was waiting on deliveries of both food and drink so choice of beers was limited and some food on the menu was unavailable. Despite all the above our overall experience was positive and we would stay again. All staff were helpful and polite.

However, we sincerely apologize for the two major mechanical "hiccups" that caused inconvenience and concern: Door Handle Failure: We are very sorry that the door handle fell off on your first evening, requiring your friends to let you out. While we regret that a handyman was not immediately available and you declined the room change, this is a significant security and convenience issue. Collapsing Chair: We are extremely concerned that the chair in your room collapsed while your husband was sitting on it. This is a serious safety failure, and we regret any alarm or discomfort this caused. We have immediately placed both the door mechanism and the chair in question under urgent review by our maintenance team to prevent any recurrence. We also apologize for the disappointment caused by the limited choice of beers and unavailable food items due to delayed deliveries. We are reviewing our ordering and stock management processes to ensure a fully stocked bar and menu moving forward. Thank you again for your patience and for highlighting the dedication of our staff. We stayed 3 nights and it was a very pleasant break. The hotel is well located and very comfortable. We found the staff very friendly especially Parag. The only thing I would suggest is the restaurant menu choices would be able to upgrade on menu when you have the meals inclusive, otherwise a excellent stay.

Bin hadn't been emptied when we arrived. Room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day and we had to get coffee, milk etc from reception

Dear Guest, Thank you for bringing these serious housekeeping issues to our attention. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unacceptable lapses in service during your stay. We are extremely concerned to hear that: The bin had not been emptied upon your arrival. Your room was not cleaned on the second day of your stay. You were forced to collect basic amenities like coffee and milk from reception. These failures indicate a breakdown in our standard operating procedures, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We are addressing this immediately with our Head of Housekeeping to review staffing, training, and accountability to ensure all rooms are meticulously prepared before check-in and serviced daily thereafter.
