I think the expression is ‘tired, very tired’. No heating in the room in December (and I told them but to no effect). For £180 a night way, way too much.

We are sincerely sorry that your impression of the room was accurately described as "tired, very tired," and that your experience fell far short of your expectations, especially at the price of £180 per night. We must offer our deepest apologies that you had no heating in the room in December and that, despite informing our staff, the issue was not rectified. This failure to provide basic comfort, especially during cold weather, is completely unacceptable and a severe service failure. We are urgently escalating this issue to our maintenance manager to investigate why the heating failed in your room and why the reported fault was not immediately addressed by our team. We regret that we failed to provide you with the comfort and service expected for the price paid. We appreciate you bringing this critical issue to our attention. The hotel situated perfectly on the edge of Chester city , service was exceptional, all staff were prefect , hotel easy reach to park and ride , room comfortable, restaurant food was very good . I would not hesitate to return in the future.
