It was an anniversary gift. When we arrived the hotel had decorated the room and left complimentary Prosecco in our room. The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location lovely room welcoming staff, we didnt know how long we going to be staying but once explained the nature of our visit the receptionist was lovely and allowed us flexibility if we needed it

Our room was somewhat dated, especially the bathroom - grout looked mouldy, basin had many cracks, shower temp was hard to get right and pressure low. Bed was comfortable, check in was friendly. Good options for food just 15 minutes walk in Pembury, and Tunbridge Wells also walkable.
