There were a few things that could have been better. No bedside table/cupboard on one side. No fridge. Milk cartridges usually leaked when trying to open them.

The hotel was amazing, slightly tired looking, but lovely. The employees were friendly, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was my birthday and my friend advised the staff if this (I was happy to keep it quiet), and was offered a birthday cocktail - which was delicious.

Personable welcome. Room exceeded our expectations with its own lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom. Lovely bathroom products. Breakfast could be better by offering poached eggs to order. Only disappointment was learning there wasn't a pool. Website could do with updating.
