The room was incredibly noisy next to the main road. The window was a battle to close. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The staff were good and the breakfast was great.

After some issues, I was transferred to a different room. Staff couldn't be more helpful. However, the breakfast wasn't good ( the bacon was like cardboard but harder) everything had been under the lamp for far too long. The tea was awful ( only milk you could get was hot powdered from coffee machine,) . Hotel is generally tired.

The staff at the hotel are great, however the cleanness is something to be desired, the beds are very hard with lumpy pillows.
