Lovely 2 night stay in a very comfortable room which was clean and well maintained. Clean bathroom with nice towels and toiletries. We had a dinner and a breakfast that were both good. A complimentary upgrade was most appreciated. Would stay here again

I’ve stayed here a few times for work and from the staff to the rooms to the food. Everything is perfect. Rooms are clean and tidy and cozy. Food is delicious and definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a slight issue booking in as i had requested and confirmed a twin room but were given a small double. This was quickly and efficiently resolved. We were staying there because i had an early appointment at the hospital next door the following morning and Mina on reception helped me with the car parking entry so that i would have plenty of time to stay in the carpark if my appointment overran. We had seen some disappointing reviews so weren’t expecting much but were pleasantly surprised with the choice and quality of food and the attitude of the staff was brilliant. They were all so nice and friendly

Staff friendly, prompt check in and out, good limited ( I believe there were some supplier issues) rooms cleaned as requested. Only problem was that the duvet was too warm and, despite having window open,it was too hot. Maybe offer a lighter weight duvet, much like additional pillows are offered?
