Very polite and considerate staff. The provision of a small fridge was most welcome. Unfortunately for us it was Christmas party time and the evenings were rowdy. I think management should try and provide a quiet area for guests.

the room was incredibly basic, with cheap lino. Not what you'd expect at that price range. In the evening I tried for 5 minutes to get the shower to heat up and gave up as it wouldn't get above luke warm. It was fine in the morning, but I wanted a shower after my travels. When I checked in I asked if there was a gym or pool and was told no. Then on google I found out that there is a pool, so why was I lied to?! I also had to drag my bags up the stairs as I was told there was no lift. That's an absolute joke. I stayed there ahead of my hospital appointment regarding a knee replacement, so was not expecting to be put through the pain of having to do the stairs!!
