Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good job! Thanks for allowing me to check in early when I changed from one reservation to another. The bad: the taxi from hotel to airport that you arranged for me. Mid-trip, the driver announced it would be 85 Euro, not the normal 65 Euro flat fare. Then at the airport, he said he didn't accept credit cards. We convinced him to do so, but he insisted on charging us 90 Euro because we did not pay cash. Then he had the gall to ask for a tip on top of that (which we refused to pay). He was a jerk, and dishonest. You should not deal with him again. It marred an otherwise wonderful experience at your hotel.

The room was smaller than advertised, measuring only around 20 m². In addition, there was a 2 m² structural wall in the middle of the room, making the space feel even more cramped. The hotel also charges for both early check-in and late check-out, regardless of membership status, which was disappointing. As a Gold member, I would have expected complimentary late check-out if a room was available, but I was told that late check-out was only available for an additional charge. The only positive aspect of the stay was the helpful staff. However, the check-in process was slow, with a long queue at reception.
