We came here because of the proximity to the TGV station which is very close. Service was very poor except for the concierge Amber who greeted us upon arrival. The room was not available until well after the advertised check-in time. The room itself was neat and clean but not inspiring. Overall the experience was very ordinary.

Being in a wheelchair is not fun at times especially if you are elderly, to find somewhere suitable to stay with so many obstacles but found this hotel was very well located , the staff so very helpful especially Philippine and Neila . I will definitely stay at the Pullman Montparnasse on my next trip . Breakfast is fantastic for choice and freshness !

Great location and overall good experience. I loved the beds. (Small) points for improvement: too many mirrors in the rooms (mirror doors etc.), makes it confusing. Breakfast logistics could be more efficient (two queues and a 10 minute wait while there were plenty of free tables).

I added 3 nights to the end of our tour with Viking. I specifically requested a room where we didn't have to change rooms from the Viking room. When I tried to confirm everything was good a few days ahead, I find out that the rooms are not the same "category". And of course I have no recourse, even when I tried to pay additional, to be able to have the nice room throughout. This was a breakdown with the person who took my reservation, the customer service that essentially said it was my fault. Now never staying at your hotel and understanding what "categories" are, this issue falls directly on the reservation staff for leading me to believe that my stay in the same room request was acceptable to the hotel. If there was going to be an issue, it should have been brought up months prior to my visit when it could have been corrected. This upset my wife more than me, and i wasn't happy. Our time at your hotel was less enjoyable than it could have been because of this.

Front desk check in experience was very good, the bell service was very good. Breakfast was quite decent but placement of food items seemed a little unorganized. Never any teaspoons available to stir our coffees or teas. The housekeeping was a little disappointing as we had to ask for towels or water after our room was cleaned.

The Pullman was perfectly located next to the Montparnasse train station. Had great breakfasts with plenty of choices. Close to all the attractions, if you like to walk. Walked across the street to catch our train. Would definitely stay again.

Arrival could not have been better; concierge was really welcoming and explained everything about the hotel and the room. Very nice lady at reception even spoke dutch! Visited the rooftop club after hours to enjoy the great view made the whole experience great!

The hotel is very warm despite its huge lobby. Very accomodating staff not only in the Accor lounge, but in the bar area etc. Nice ambience with piano music in the adternoon

Hotel is well located to the train station. It was good for one night stay if you are taking the train early morning. No bells or whistles other than that. It was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you need a place that is clean, sufficient and close to the train station if you are traveling outside Paris.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and the room was well stocked with towels and toiletries . Using the shower and bathtub were challenging. As a senior citizen, the bathtub was very high and deep making it a hazard, essentially without grab bars for safety. Took we 2 days how to turn the shower on. Morning breakfast was amazing!
