Decent hotel with nice views. Hotel rooms look worn and interior design is from 80s. Skybar is just a joke. Its so small and only accessable to adults.

rooms fell short of comfort. Skybar was very restricted, but not standardized. You can’t let some people go through with tennis shoes and others not. It really put pressure on the hotels credibility

Didn’t had good experience with the staff at reception. As a platinum member, I should have received a room upgrade, which didn’t happen. Also, hotel denied my late check out request. No welcome gift provided in my room. Not sure, if I should still continue with Accor or move to some other group. The service quality us getting lower with my stays.

However, we would like to clarify that, while we greatly value our Platinum members, room upgrades and late check-out benefits are offered subject to availability and are not guaranteed. During your stay, the hotel was operating at a very high occupancy level, particularly due to group business, which unfortunately meant that neither an upgrade nor a late check-out could be accommodated. We also note that your reservation was part of a group booking, which can further limit the flexibility of room allocations compared to individual reservations. We understand your disappointment and regret that availability constraints prevented us from extending these benefits on this occasion. Had a room with 2 individual beds and double beds were mentioned to me. Had to sleep on the carpeted floor as we could not fit.
