Dear, On the 15th we stayed in the hotel for 1 night We booked a standard room and as a Platinium member we should get an upgrade when available. Upon arrival I received the notification that the hotel was fully booked and an upgrade to a luxury room wasn’t possible. However in an email on 15/5 you confirm that a luxury room for 2 persons was available. Why didn’t we get this room? We also used the SPA and were very upset with the experience In the relaxing room a man was using his cell phone. The temperature in sauna was only 75°C while it should have been between 80° and 90° I am sorry to say that for a 5 star hotel it was a very poor experience. First of all, please allow me to sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as one of our valued ALL Platinum members. Regarding the room upgrade, I fully understand your disappointment and would like to clarify the situation. At the time of your arrival and check in, unfortunately no ready Luxury Room was available for an upgrade. Your email inquiry was received at 6:10 PM and answered by our team at 9:57 PM. At the time of our reply, one room in the Luxury category had become available again and was therefore offered. Unfortunately, your request was interpreted on our side as an inquiry for an additional room, which understandably caused confusion. Please accept my sincere apologies for this misunderstanding. Please rest assured that we are always doing our very best to prioritize upgrades for our valued Platinum members whenever availability allows. I also sincerely apologize for your experience in the spa area. The sauna temperature should absolutely have been identified during our regular checks and I will personally investigate this matter with the team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the guest using a mobile phone in the relaxation area, please do not hesitate in the future to directly inform one of our team members so that we may immediately intervene and preserve the tranquil atmosphere expected in our spa facilities. As a gesture of apology, I would like to invite you for a complimentary 90 minute massage in our spa during a future stay with us. Please feel free to contact me directly when planning your next visit so that I can arrange this personally for you.
