good hotel service with 2 points to note. In the morning the breakfast smells in the room so its a nice way to wake up. And the neighborhood is a disaster Yet the crew is really nice and friendly.

I would have given higher rating but on the second day of my stay there was not hot water to shower. left both taps sink and shower open for over 5 minutes and only lukewarm water came out. Probably because a lot of the guests returning in the afternoon had showers at the same time. However, after a long day at IMEX I had an event and needed a shower which I could not have. The only response from reception was they will tell their supervisor. No response the next day of what had happened and not a apology. it unacceptable for a property of that level and price not to have hot water at any time of the day for the guests.

Easy ride on the train from the airport with a short walk from the station. Check in was quick. Small upgrade as a ALL member. Room was was appointed and bed was great. There was a bit of noise as my room was on the main road.
