Comfortable hotel situated close to the station and, therefore, very convenient. The area is by no means the best, but there are so many people passing by that there is no need to feel unsafe. Excellent desk (and bar) staff: friendly and helpful--and one young man even speaks French. Sadly this is uncommon although the hotel chain is French. The breakfast is very, very nice.

Checking in was easy, gentleman on the desk at 9pm was brilliant. Only downside was Breakfast which I felt was understaffed with a number of items not refreshed and having to wait significantly to get in due to entrance not being staffed.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Looked after my luggage until room 2as ready. Kindly gave me an early check-in. Room a good size, comfortable and good bathroom. Air-conditioning developed problems on second night. Area a little noisy at night. Short distance from Hbf.

was good but a few things i think could be improved. 1) bedsheet had stain but was quickly replaced 2) staff could have explained accor benefits better- bar mostly closed ...only short window to get the drink. 3) they gave me late check-out at 1 pm but a few people came before wanting to clean the room and I felt like they were chasing me out despite the late check-out.

TV has no working English language channels. TV list shows 5 or 6 news channels but all have “no signal”. This is common in Accor hotels across Europe. It detracts from an otherwise great brand.

Location of hotel gives the sense of uneasiness. Arrived with car and was told to come out of car to ring the bell in order to enter garage every time. The entrance to garage does not seem to be safe. Thus having to rebook at other hotel. Hotel in the meantime deny to refund back second night even though I did not stay even the first night. Hotel do have the right to charge both nights though.
