1.On arrival booking for 2 rooms could not be found and after a while 1 was found and thereafter 2nd found under the minor child travelling with me.Request for adjoining rooms was just ignored with adults sleeping at 1 end and minors at another end. Assistance during stay by Ms Quemaima was really appreciated.Otherwise location and quality of rooms was exceptional .Mr Morris ,head of cleaning staff- my hats off to his for his invaluable assistance

Room for of a comfortable size, but starting from day 1 things were not working, for example day 1 check in AC not cooling technician came in and fixed it, through the stay room cleanliness was atrocious till the 3rd day and the person who cleaned that day was super . Breakfast was underwhelming, we were there as Qatar tennis recommended the hotel but there was very little food that was suitable for athletes other than eggs. Other than a lady from Myanmar (she was great and was the only one who came gave us water) the rest of the people working at the restaurant was extremely unhelpful. More interested in the group there from some company.
Room service folks were wonderful and helpful.
Laundry came back smelling exactly the same way as I had sent it, when I complained they re washed it. Since we had a flight I couldn’t wait for the rest.
Was unfortunately what I didn’t wxpect from an Accor hospitality.

The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest advantages.
The hotel would benefit from greater attention to cleanliness and hygiene, particularly in some areas of the property. Some of the sofas and furniture also appear dated and could use refreshing, while certain bathrooms and toilets would benefit from better cleaning, maintenance, and renovation. The lobby in particular could receive more attention to cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to create a more welcoming first impression.
Overall, Pullman remains a convenient choice for my stays in Doha, particularly because of its excellent location and the convenience of having everything nearby. With greater attention to cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and refurbishment, the hotel could provide a much more polished and comfortable experience.

As an Accor Diamond member, I booked the Pullman Doha West Bay for a transit layover in Doha, expecting a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the stay fell well below the standard expected of the brand and loyalty tier.
To start, the scheduled airport transfer was delayed, with the driver arriving 30 minutes late. Upon checking in, I tried to redeem my welcome drink voucher at the café, only to be told several selections were unavailable due to missing ingredients. The tea I eventually received was essentially undrinkable and ended up down the drain. Furthermore, my key card was not coded for executive lounge access upon arrival, requiring me to go back and request a replacement. Lastly, there was neither a welcome amenity nor a personalised welcome note provided throughout the stay.

My recent stay at Pullman Doha West Bay was, unfortunately, an average experience, with several issues that affected our stay.
The check-in and room experience had a number of problems. Room 2106 had an unpleasant smell, particularly in the bathroom. In addition, the connecting door between the two rooms was jammed, and I had to contact maintenance to have it addressed.
Room 2107 also had a significant issue with the air conditioning. The AC was not functioning properly and the room was not being cooled adequately, which was particularly uncomfortable.
The breakfast experience was also below expectations. The food itself was less than average, but the bigger concern was the cleanliness. During all three days of our stay, the breakfast tables were consistently dirty. On several occasions, we had to clean the table ourselves before sitting down with our family. Even when selecting a table that appeared to be available, we repeatedly found it had not been properly cleaned.
Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel management can look into the room maintenance, air-conditioning, and especially the cleanliness and table-service standards at breakfast, as these are areas that significantly affect the guest experience.
