Had a good stay, only thing a distance to walk to Junceylon & beach however the big swimming pool was a compliment. Stayed there for 4 nights, breakfast was abundance however the stir fried chicken and pork was overcooked. Overall was a good stay, comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient store and restaurants very nearby.

You have to wait until 5 PM to receive room cleaning service. Even if you speak to the staff, it won't make a difference. If you want to greet the staff, you should initiate the greeting yourself; hotel staff will never greet you first.

The resort is located just a few minutes’ walk from Patong Beach, Patong Walking Street, and Jungceylon Mall. 7-Eleven stores and plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. Transportation is easily available just outside the resort gate, making it convenient to explore the area. The resort is also very family-friendly. Every day, they organize different activities for kids, such as pool parties, clay art, cooking classes, and other fun activities. This makes the stay enjoyable for families with children.

We are so glad we stayed here. The kids club activities were varied and the kids didn't even want to explore the island; they wanted to stay at the hotel pool the whole time! The service is fantastic. Pool bar, pool towels, restaurant, hotel bar, hotel shop, etc. Everyone was so quick to help and happy. We did have some issues with housekeeping. We pulled out the key cards and hit "green light" for the maid and our rooms were never serviced. We also called to get our room service food dishes picked up and it wasn't done till the next day. It's a nice hotel and service is great but at the end of the day it's in Thailand so do NOT leave any food out in your room, ants will find it. we booked a few shows and tours with April at reception who was very attentive and amazing at organizing any changes I needed. I'm still pending a refund on the ice cream yacht tour though. We overbooked some spa sessions and had to cancel but were not charged a cancellation fee so thank you!

We had a really lovely stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park. The hotel is in a great location in Patong, close to everything, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and family-friendly. The pool area is fantastic, especially for families with children. The staff were always friendly, helpful and polite, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Khom at the restaurant, who took such good care of us. She was always smiling, attentive and very kind. Her service made our meals even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

It was an amazing experience. It started with Ninew’s amazing welcoming and check-in process. As an Heartist and also as a guest I felt like home. Location is not negotiable, at heart of the phuket. Food was amazing, cleaning was amazing.

Overall satisfactory. Our room had a toilet leak which took two times to be fixed. We have stayed at Baan Laimai on the breach road three times previously. I would definitely put them infront.

The experience and the recognition of status was excellent by the staffs. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to every staffs from reception, dining and spa. Special mention to Ninew (if my memory is right), she walked all the way to our room when we checked in and Fon from spa, very friendly and professional. My appreciation to them. I will definitively prefer to stay in my next visit.

It was an excellent experience..staff was so supportive. Breakfast was outstanding. I will always stay here and recommend everyone due to comfortable living, breakfast and specially the location not far from the night live but a bit away for a comfy stay
