I chose VIE MGallery for the final nights of my trip, and it turned out to be more than just a place to stay — it was an experience in itself. Despite being located in the heart of the city, the hotel felt like a calm retreat, with its lush green exterior and thoughtfully designed interiors creating a sense of quiet escape from the busy streets of Bangkok. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the beautifully styled common areas to the guest rooms. Even the smallest touches stood out — the turndown service with cookies and a single flower added a subtle but memorable sense of warmth. It felt like a hotel that truly understands what makes a stay feel special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was impressive, with Japanese options, dim sum, Thai desserts, and even an açaí bowl station. The bakery selection, in particular, stood out — the pastries were perfectly crisp and easily one of the most memorable parts of the meal. Instead of a traditional lounge, the hotel offers a privilege experience at the piano bar, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The selection of finger foods, drinks, and wines was well-balanced, and the relaxed atmosphere made it an ideal place to unwind at the end of the day. I also joined a yoga session from the GX program, which was a refreshing break during the trip. The class was well-guided, and the welcoming environment made it easy to relax and recharge. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always thoughtful and genuinely caring in the way they anticipated guests’ needs. The location is another strong point — just a five-minute walk to Siam station, making it convenient for both shopping and dining. Overall, VIE MGallery was the perfect choice to end my Bangkok journey. It’s a hotel I would happily return to, without hesitation.

The room is spacious and comfortable, also the staff are very friendly and helpful. However just one thing - I am 100% I have locked the door (locked the security chain as well) and someone came in for housekeeping while I was sleeping. I was deeply in shocked and I don’t understand why the housekeeper would able to come in even my door was locked. Despite I didn’t press the Do not disturb button, I will never expect someone outside still able to unlock the door and come into my room.

The hotel is well located, and the staff are nice and friendly. However, we experienced a ceiling leak during our stay. Unfortunately, the issue was not properly resolved for two nights. Although the hotel sent a handyman to fix it, the problem remained unresolved. What was even more disappointing was the lack of proper compensation. Other than an apology, no meaningful action was taken. As an Accor Platinum member, I find this level of service quite hard to accept. Is “sorry” really the only response to such an experience? I paid for both the room and the overall stay experience, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a comfortable room with everything functioning properly.

Great two-night stay in Bangkok. Clean and spacious rooms. Great SPA (had a Thai Massage). ALL Accor membership acknowledgement. Nice lobby. Good location. The rooms feel a bit dated, but the overall experience was very positive - especially for the price!
