Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff were always courteous, approachable, and helpful. The location is right beside the BTS station, so getting around Bangkok was very convenient. Would happily stay here again.

We appreciate the Accor benefits extended to us during our stay. The room upgrade and late checkout made our trip more enjoyable and comfortable. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is a good walk to Siam malls and near a BTS station when going farther. Room was really nice with big bed and bath.

Excellent service level overall, all the staffs were very polite and smiley. Makes one feel very welcome, a personally hand written welcome card is simply the icing on the cake. One of the best I have stayed in BKK so far.
Only two gripes, the hot water knob is not working properly and, also the pillows were flat and not fluffy.

From the moment we checked in, the experience was disappointing. We had booked a three-night stay, but the receptionist insisted that our reservation was only for two nights. When I showed her the booking confirmation on my phone, she looked at it with an unpleasant attitude, spoke to her colleague, and they laughed in a way that felt very disrespectful. There was no warm welcome or professionalism at all.
After receiving our room key, we noticed that the hallway was dusty and dirty right outside our door. Unfortunately, the room itself was not much better. The room phone was not working, the floor was dirty, and there were visible dirty handprints on the bathroom door. The bathroom was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly, and the water faucet was spraying water everywhere.
We also ordered room service late at night. There was only one dish available, and when it arrived, it came without any cutlery or utensils, and the plate was not even covered properly.
The hotel is rated as a five-star property, but based on our experience, we would honestly rate it no more than three stars.
We visit Thailand often, and one of the things we always appreciate is the warm hospitality and welcoming attitude in hotels. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed here at all—not by the reception staff nor by the hotel employees. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected from a five-star hotel

Regarding your arrival, we understand that there had been a change to the reservation following a previous no-show, which may have caused some confusion during check-in. Nevertheless, we fully appreciate how the situation made you feel. As your feedback was important to us, I personally reviewed the circumstances with the team, including the available CCTV footage, as I wanted to better understand what had happened. While our review did not indicate the behaviour described, we understand that the interaction did not leave you with the warm and welcoming impression we expect our guests to receive.
We will take this feedback seriously and reinforce our service standards through individual coaching and one-to-one training with our Front Office colleagues, with particular focus on communication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
We also sincerely apologise for the cleanliness and room condition concerns you experienced. Your comments regarding the hallway, room, bathroom, telephone, and faucet have been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams, and we will reinforce our inspection standards to prevent such issues from being overlooked.
We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the warm Thai hospitality and five-star service we strive to provide. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope that, should you give us another opportunity, we can provide the welcoming and comfortable experience you expected from VIE Hotel Bangkok.

We loved our stay in the amazing rooms which were kindly upgraded due to my kids birthday, many thanks to this amazing treat. The location was just perfect and fit for our purpose for walking distance from malls. I have a personalised *EMBROIDERED PILLOW*! In hundreds of hotel stays, this may be the craziest thing I've ever seen. They let me take it home as a souvenir. And did a few cute honeymoon favours too.
As an ALL Platinum member, we were upgraded to a huge 81 sq m executive suite - modern, beautifully appointed and genuinely luxurious. The room is wonderfully spacious, with excellent views even from a mid-level floor. The bathroom is superb, with a large deep bath and separate shower.
Breakfast is one of the best spreads I've had in two months travelling around Asia - varied, plentiful and high quality. I particularly loved the açai, excellent vegan sausages and some of the best fresh fruit juices of the trip. The lobby bar has free canapés and cocktails every afternoon with "piano lounge access" or sufficient ALL status, it's a nice treat though it could have better selections for vegetarians and vegans.
The gym is easily the best hotel gym I've seen, approaching proper commercial-gym standard - though it could use a chest fly and a hack squat. The pool is lovely too, with a bar where we could redeem our welcome drinks for premium options.
Staff have been excellent throughout (including Lo the doorman who always greets us by name) and easily meet five-star standards.
The location was conveniently close to the metro and Grab is easy to use.
We stayed for several days before travelling elsewhere in Thailand, and will return to Bangkok for another night next month. At this point, I can't imagine choosing anywhere else for that return stay. And I can't think of a higher compliment than that.

It was the great breakfast make me the second time been to this hotel even Thailand. I would highly recommend the restaurant. The manager and the staff in the restaurant are same professional as 2024 I was there. Some issues happened with the dirty bathtub but front desk offered me the suite in a very soon after. The facilities are a bit old and even some parts are broken.I don’t know if all hotel in Thailand would not offer even tap water in swimming pool which makes me a little bit sad.
