I’d also love to give a special shout-out to the incredible staff, especially Ben’s in-law, who truly went above and beyond. They’re the heart of the hotel—the bellboys and concierge team made us feel welcome and took care of every detail. Their warmth and dedication really made our stay unforgettable. Huge thanks to them for all their hard work!

We stayed for two nights with preschool-aged children. Although it was the dry season and a bit chilly when the wind blew, the weather was pleasant during the day, and we were able to relax by the clean swimming pool. The fitness club was very well equipped, with a wide variety of equipment such as kettlebells and half balance balls, which made it great for bodyweight workouts as well. During happy hour, we were always greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also consistently kind, making our mornings very enjoyable. We would especially like to thank Max at the lobby—when my husband and I were separated, he calmly guided us and helped us find each other. We truly appreciate his kindness. The lobby staff, including Amy, Jamie, Boom, and others, also assisted us with our requests using friendly and polite language. We had many warm and memorable experiences at VIE Bangkok. The location also felt quite convenient overall 😊

Stayed one night in August 25 in a suite and we wished we had stayed longer. The staff were super professional and friendly and the room was amazing, lounge area relaxing with good drinks on offer and. The breakfast was very good quality. It’s also close to lots of main attractions and mrt.
