The service was amazing. On the day I was leaving I decided to take the closest bts to the ARL station. The hotel's staff, Lo, helped me with my bag all the way to the station. He went above and beyond to follow me up and to ensure I got my train ticket and waited until I went through the gate! Fantastic service.
