Overall, all hotel staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We would like to specially commend Ms Boom from the Concierge Desk and Mr Johnnie, the Restaurant Manager. Ms Boom was always warm and welcoming, assisting us with locating a bag repair shop, booking taxis, and providing directions to various attractions. Mr Johnnie was attentive and engaging with guests during breakfast service, taking the time to make friendly conversations at every table. When we pointed out an error on a bread label, he promptly corrected it and thanked us for the feedback. We would also like to highlight two maintenance issues. The glass doors to the bathroom and toilet are extremely heavy and difficult to operate, creating a potential safety hazard on a wet bathroom floor. Although we reported this twice to the Front Desk, the issue was not fully resolved. In addition, the air-conditioning control panel in the living room of Suite 2410 was erratic, frequently changing the temperature and fan speed settings on its own. Thank you for the excellent service, and we hope these comments will help improve the guest experience.

This property was above and beyond one of the best stays I’ve had in Bangkok. Attention to detail and friendliness of staff were the highlights, and the food was also spectacular. I did not get to try Spa or pool, but will plan that for my next stay. Planning another stay in October.

Excellent stay at Vie hotel. We had some issues with our stay dates, but the hotel was very understanding and worked out a solution with us. They were very responsive by email. Location was a 1 min walk from BTS which made it very convenient especially in Bangkok’s jam. One stop away from Siam. They provided hourly tuktuk services to the nearby malls too. They upgraded us from the deluxe to executive suite. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a good rest every night, the bed was firm and great. Only thing to note was that curtains weren’t blackout. Hotel staffs were very polite and friendly. Special shoutout to Lo which we interacted with multiple times during our stay, he was always with a big smile and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, valued for money and we enjoyed our stay in Bangkok

The location is quite convenient, it takes only about 5 minutes walk to the Siam Center, and 2 minutes to BTS station. The staff is very nice, always ready to help.
