I had a satisfied stay in VIE, the hotel staffs are very welcoming and attentive, they can communicate well in english so i have no issue talking with them. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast i ever had, great variety of foods to choose from, and the quality of the food is high. The location of the hotel is very convinent, just 3 mins walk to Ratchathewi BTS station.

The room quality, if compared to price is quite below expectation, I found some leakage from the A/C in the living room, and the A/C somehow could not adjust the temperature. However, the staffs’ services are fantastic, helpful with professional manner and service minded.
