Stay was best and your staff needs full appreciation. They are so good at making the stay seamless and are always on alert mode to help. Your manager at breakfast is so polished and friendly. Next time I am staying here and no where else in Bangkok.

VIE Hotel Bangkok offers a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is incredibly convenient — easily one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were consistently warm, approachable, and proactive in offering assistance, which I truly appreciated. My only wish was that I had been on a higher floor, though that is a minor note. The room itself more than made up for it. That said, I did encounter a frustrating experience surrounding the payment process prior to arrival. The online payment link repeatedly failed, and despite reaching out, I was not initially informed that payment could simply be settled upon check-in — which led to an unnecessary trip to the hotel beforehand. For a loyalty member, this fell short of the service standard I had hoped for. Overall, VIE is a hotel I would genuinely return to — the product is strong and the team is lovely. I hope the payment and communication process can be refined to match the quality of everything else.

We spent wonderful experience in hotel, the best impression is breakfast, all kinds of beverages fruit juices, Indian food, Thai food, etc. hotel can offer swimming pool gyms, and Michelin French food is very good.
