I recently stayed at Mercure and found it to be an excellent value for the price. As an Accor Plus member, I was particularly pleased with the late check-out option, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, offering easy access to shopping malls. Great location, superb service, too many badly behaved tourist guests

The hotel and the services were great, but the guests there were awful. I was very annoyed and disgusted by ill-mannered and rude tourists staying there. Very loud, coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths, strong body odor, don’t understand concept of queueing, behave obnoxiously in breakfast area pushing through people and taking food in low class manner. Honestly I did not expect to experience such people in a 4-star hotel. I understand it’s not exactly the hotel’s fault but maybe do something with marketing campaign to stop attracting these kind of people.
