What I like the most about this hotel : 1. Prime Location 2. Breakfast - especially with self-service Fresh Juice ( Carrot, Pineapple, and Beet Root) 3. Gym - Compact with awesome Bangkok skyline view. What I wish I had experienced : 1. Free upgrade to Deluxe Suite Room. I sent request by email to Guest Relation Officer but no response unfortunately.

My first experience was of leaving a small bag in my taxi from Hua Hin. Luckily I and my friend came upon Mook who works in your restaurant. She could obviously see how upset I was the bag contained everything important, my passport, money and phone, it could have ruined my stay. However Mook managed to phone the cab company who contacted the driver who quickly returned the bag, I cannot praise Mook enough, it is highly unlikely this level of service would be repeated here in the UK. All your staff are excellent.
