Room was relatively ok except: 1) First cleaning service brought bunch of dark long hairs to my room floor which shouldn't happen. 2) In the shower it takes close to forever before there's nothing but cold water available. 3) In the TV usage of HDMI-input is blocked "for security reasons" but still streaming directly to TV is allowed --> This feels like you have need to tease your customers. As a positive side I really liked the personnel. Hope you can you something also to the points I raised above...

I loved where the Hotel is located, the access to infrastructure. It was also very clean, everything worked as it supposed to. The room was well lit, there was enough space for things, full-height mirror (huge plus!). The room temperature was perfect. I also enjoyed breakfast, it was fresh and tasty with a big variety of options but not an overwhelming one. Overall, perfect experience.

I love the location of this hotel with the tube a short walk away and a stretch of restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast was repetitive but selection was wide enough to have daily variety over 3 days. The croissants are my favorite! The rooms are spacious by London standards and the staff are all lovely people.

Room: - Bed: Comfortable - Pillows: Terrible. Thin but not firm - Space: Not fancy but spacious - Bathroom: Bad. Only one towel total for sink and shower. No hand towels for the sink to dry your hands. The toilet is built into the wall like an airplane toilet. The pipes are LOUD. As loud as an electric shaver or hair dryer or vacuum every time you flush the toilet or wash your hands Food: - Breakfast: Good. Buffet with eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, pastries, meats, and yogurts. I saw employees check the temperature of the meats with a thermometer to make sure they were safe. The restaurant was busy every morning, but the servers kept the queue moving and cleared tables promptly. I never saw food run out - Dinner: Disappointing. I ordered a burger, and it was edible but not great. Maybe something else on the menu would be better Location: - Close to public transit: 2 min walk to Southwark metro, 15 min walk to Blackfriars station - Close to tourist attractions: Short walk to Imperial War Museum and Tate Modern, 30 min walk to West End

For a solo trip, the room was clean and extremely comfortable. The daily housekeeping was prompt and excellent. You have all the necessary basic imminaties that you may require during your stay. The location is central and few minutes away from the tube and walkable to so many places touristy, cafes, restaurants, mini market and other transportation stations.

Rooms are essential but clean and warm. Bed is also comfortable, I slept well. The bathroom could be improved, but overall is ok. Staff is kind and breakfast is very good. The position is the key advantage of this hotel. I advice staying at Ibis for a short trip in London!

Everything was excellent apart from the set up for the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The electric socket was in an unreachable position without having to reorganize the kettle position.
