Great location and people but the room was dirty and the table seemed like it was ready to fall over. Complaints were met with empty gestures and free drinks but no actual actions for the room

Pros: great location, clean, comfortable Cons: difficult to charge drinks etc to the room. No gold member welcome gift. Online hotel servicing system not monitored.

Hotel very nice, new dining area lovely, reception staff nice. Room adequate for four people. Housekeeping efficient, room left nice each day. No soap in bathroom when arrived, but got quickly when requested. Cold water in fridge a nice touch. Breakfast service not great. Staff not friendly, didnt seem too happy. No cups for 30 minutes one morning. Coffee and hot chocolate machine not working 3 of 4 mornings (dispensed water with no coffee or hot chocolate in it!), staff slow to fix these. Last stay breakfast much nicer, service better.
