Had to come down to London in these strange times for an appointment Front desk staff very welcoming and friendly , check in and check out was smooth and COVID safe Room was comfortable and spacious? Location is great for central London and public transport links

It was amazing I particularly liked the french black male who checked us in he made us feel so comfortable and welcomed he was very polite and helpful and deserves a promotion. The only downside was the fire alarm in the morning so I wouldn’t recommend going on a Monday. Apart from that it was a blast

The Hotel is in a very good location. Short walk to Southbank and stones throw from the Jubilee Line. The facilities at the hotel are great, we loved the pool! We couldn't fault the staff. They were so accommodating, and made our children feel so welcome. Breakfast was delightful too! Whenever we are in London, we make a point of staying here.

Good location and amenities, pool was clean and decent size for a London hotel. Very nice modern room and kept to a very good standard. The only let down was breakfast which was well below standard.

A lovely family break in a well- located hotel. The welcome from the reception staff was good, especially for the children who loved the jelly beans! Room very pleasant. Nice view of Shard. Enough space for 4 and good sized bathroom. Very impressed that the swimming pool was open and we were able to use it twice in our 1 night stay. Only slight criticism was the time it took to get served at breakfast. It felt like the poor chef was a little overwhelmed, whilst the waiting staff could have been a more attentive. Nonetheless, given the restrictions of covid which the hotel was working within, it was a really nice break and a good interruption in difficult times.

We were genuinely very happy with the stay. The kindness of the staff and the location. We didn't feel comfortable as a family of 3 in a relativity small room with only a narrow sofa bed offered to our 10 years old to sleep on.

The hotel was pleasant and clean and i felt Covid safe whilst there. We did have a problem with a sink that would not drain and i reported it in the morning on check out. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed for one night prior to an appointment at Barts and it was the perfect location for our purpose

Very comfy, clean and super quiet, which was just what we needed to be able to sleep and relax. The pool was also very nice, though the jacuzzi could've been warmer.

Very friendly service on arrival. Were aware of my booking request for a quiet room away from the lifts and were able to give me the room as requested. Very nicely appointed room with very comfortable bed. Great shower. Good amenities including coffee machine and mineral water.

Good service, the Whatsapp room service worked very well. The room was clean although a bit cold for some reason. Good number of plugs and sockets and the wifi was good too.
