The location from the tube is perfect. However there was black mold on the shower caulking, the sink did not drain and there WAS A SHARP PIN ON THE FLOOR. I was taking my shoes off when I noticed it. Again location is great, but sheets we’re scratchy, the shower amenities were house products so only okay, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot. Not pleased for the amount of money we had to pay.

Well located, smart hotel

Great location, just 5 min walk from Waterloo and south bank. We enjoyed the pool, however were disappointed you had to book ahead and not just pop down when we saw fit. The room was well equipped however there was no mattress in the baby cot, this was very inconvenient and poor.

Well suited for business travel needs, nice breakfast, desk in the room with multiple sockets, wifi, adequate, complimentary water and tea in the room. Room service. Close to the river and public transport.
