Great location just across the bridge from Blackfriars tube The lobby smelt lovely, really relaxing for tired travellers The room was great - no noisy appliances / air con but great temperature. Plenty of bottled water in the fridge We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early which was absolutely incredible, we were also fortunate enough to be able to swim a couple of times during our overnight stay. We were not disturbed by noise at all, and all slept really well (2 adults 2 children on pull outs) Staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were all friendly and helpful No concerns about cleanliness Our only slight fault was trouble contacting the team the following morning as I realised we had run out of a particular tea bag. We couldn’t get reception on the phone and our WhatsApp request was picked up quite late - although when it was we were supplied with a very generous amount of tea bags and extra milk. We enjoyed a long leisurely breakfast, allowing the kids time to graze and play cards and have a peaceful start to another bus London day. At no point did we feel rushed out of breakfast. Overall we had a brilliant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again. I think it was Denisa on the front desk both days - thank you so much.

It was a very good experience and the beds were very good. The restaurant was busy and nice service. The only downside is the waiting time for the lift ( one of the lift was out of service) and it took quite some time to check out
