A perfect stay - rooms and clean and modern. Staff were excellent and kind accommodating my allergies. Special mention to Rodney the manager who took the trouble to give my daughters honey from the Queen Bee they have. Lovely hotel with lovely staff 10/10

Room was very comfortable, we loved it. The location was fantastic and staff were great. Although we stayed there for 6 nights and went to breakfast every morning and was asked every time if we had had breakfast there before which got a tad annoying. I understand there’s a lot of people and the host wouldn’t be able to remember everyone but kind of lost the welcoming feeling when it was every time. The only down side of the room was the shower was in desperate need of a deep clean. There was so much scum on the overhead shower that we didn’t use it and then in the corners and the grout behind the shower was covered in scum as well. I have photos if would like to see them. I was going to mention when checking out but totally forgot. We had laundry dropped off to the reception and wasn’t given part of my laundry even though we asked a couple of times and spent the next 24 hrs thinking I had lost an important piece of clothing which wasn’t great. Wasn’t until two days later when we saw it hanging in the office behind the desk.

Got 2 connecting rooms that had a 3rd door with small corridor, worked out great with our family. Location was central to many places we wanted to visit with short duration Ubers. It was hot couple of days we were there so we opted for taxis and Ubers. Hotel AC and amenities were good. Staff was very courteous, always smiling and ready to help. Service was responsive. We got the breakfast option which had quite many options from quick auto pan cake machines and made to order omelets, honey combs, fresh yoghurt, and lot more. We used pool; it was bit small (14 people max) and we had to book it to use but kids enjoyed it after long day of walking. Overall great combo of location, services, breakfast and professional staff.
