We had a great experience with Novotel London Blackfriars! It exceeded my family and my expectations. The restaurant and bar in the main lobby was immaculate. We had a very comfortable stay. Rooms were cleaned every day and room service provided every request. Would stay again, as my family and I had a great experience.

I have been working in the Hotel industry for a couple of years before changing to IT., so I guess I count as a more experienced guest who have been standing at the other side of the table. Me and my family had a very pleasant stay, the hotel location is perfect, the rooms are clean , staff is very polite and always smiling - not used to that, breakfast was also very good and tasty. The only thing which would fall in the ""Development needed" area is the Temperature of the pool - a little bit cold for my taste, but you will get used to it after swimming a couple of laps.
