We stayed at the hotelmrecently with 2 girls age 11 & 15. Location is fantastic, staff is very professional, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Pool area was lovely but changing area is very small. Overall would definately stay again.

When checking my bar receipt I noticed a 12.5% service charge. This was applied even though I had approached the bar myself (i.e. the drink was not delivered to me and there was no additional value added other than the drink being poured into a glass and handed to me). The service charge was removed when I asked about it. However, I only noticed the charge after checking my receipt and I believe that the charge is excessive and not justifiable.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Close to the underground, restaurants, pub, and close to Center City. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, great breakfast buffet, and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The check-in system experienced major bugs, leading to the assignment of already allocated rooms to newly arriving guests. The room was as expected, though it had some carpet stains. Complimentary bottled water and cookies were appreciated.
