My stay was for business purposes. Very comfortable rooms. Always clean and fresh. It's not the hotel's fault the facilities were out of action, including the restaurant, as this was government restrictions due to Covid-19. They did serve food that had to be taken in the rooms. Food was ok, but to be honest was better during my visit in December 2020. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a great location. 5 minutes walk to the south bank. Close to the Tate gallery and Globe theatre. In normal times it would have been wonderful for sight seeing and social activities. If work desires, I would definitely stay again.

Even though it is lockdown the staff are very upbeat and friendly. The reception team greeted me with a smile. The bedroom was spotless clean and has all the amenities required. Breakfast at present due to restrictions has to be served in your room. It arrived on time and hot and as ordered. Enjoyed my stay

Only booked the Ibis but bumped up to exec room in Novotel, great start! Despite myriad of restrictions the hotel staff were unbelievably attentive, and actually made me feel as if I was the only guest - which despite good ol’ COVID,, I most definitely wasn’t. Ten out of ten for service.

It was amazing I particularly liked the french black male who checked us in he made us feel so comfortable and welcomed he was very polite and helpful and deserves a promotion. The only downside was the fire alarm in the morning so I wouldn’t recommend going on a Monday. Apart from that it was a blast

Regarding the Jacuzzi, I do apologies for the misunderstanding or the confusion, it's not a product that we have in our hotel, it's an area with some bubbles, and the temperatures in this area is similar to the swimming pool, but it's not a Jacuzzi. The Hotel is in a very good location. Short walk to Southbank and stones throw from the Jubilee Line. The facilities at the hotel are great, we loved the pool! We couldn't fault the staff. They were so accommodating, and made our children feel so welcome. Breakfast was delightful too! Whenever we are in London, we make a point of staying here.

The hotel was pleasant and clean and i felt Covid safe whilst there. We did have a problem with a sink that would not drain and i reported it in the morning on check out. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed for one night prior to an appointment at Barts and it was the perfect location for our purpose

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. The hotel is ideally situated for all attractions. The hotel was very clean and we stayed on the 8th floor so had a wonderful view of the Shard. We didnt get chance to use the pool but it looked nice. The bar area was very relaxing and the food looked good. The guy on front reception was very helpful. Would use this hotel again.
