Not be greeted as a Platinum Accor members. The executive suite did not show any upgrade compared to similar rooms.

The hotel was so clean staff were so kind to us and the hotel itself was beautiful from walking in to going to the bedroom it was honestly lovely I would definitely be staying here again when I’m next in London.

The toilet has persistent urine and foul odors.

Friendly and well located for my local office with luckily a clean bed and bed linen as well as complimentary cold bottled water and decent toiletries. Unfortunately the room was pretty grim with the toilet area having very dirty walls and some cobwebs in the one corner and the carpet and sofa in the bedroom were heavily stained to the point I kept my feet covered and sat on a jacket on top of the sofa to avoid the staining. Finger marks on many of the shiny surfaces although TV screen was clean.

We're pleased to hear that you found our location convenient for your office, appreciated the complimentary bottled water and toiletries, and that the bed and linens met your expectations. We're very sorry to learn that the cleanliness and condition of other areas of the room fell short of the standards we aim to provide. The issues you described with the bathroom walls, cobwebs, stained carpet and sofa, and marks on surfaces are certainly not acceptable, and we apologise for the disappointment and discomfort this caused during your stay. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that these concerns can be addressed promptly. We genuinely appreciate you bringing them to our attention and hope we will have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.
