The hotel is extremely well located between blackfriars station and Southwark tube station and easily walkable to the river. The hotel is tidy and clean, nice restaurant and bar area (although not all food menu is served all day) and friendly enough staff. The room I had was a good size with good bathroom, but only downside was noisy in the corridors and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Have stayed here before and have always had a pleasant experience. All staff emmbers that I enoucntered were pleasant, especially Fernando at check-in. Great location and would stay here again. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have some body lotion as well as handwash.
