We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, easy to get to, and with good access to the South Bank and city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value with a wide choice of food. The room was simply furnished but clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature could be controlled.

Had a package I needed, refused, even though there was a note on my file. Will be returned to sender and now cant collect it for 6 months. The address etc was all correct, sent special delivery. I lost money. Wouldnt give me an invoice despite paying until after I has visited, meaning I had to wait to be reimbursed from my company. All in all, location is good, but everything else just causes me problems. Really dissatisfied.

Another convenient and comfortable stay at the Ibis Blackfriars. Well connected to all areas of London due to its proximity to Southwark Station & a good bus route along Blackfriars Road.

This is a good hotel and the staff are very helpful. I have stayed here quite a few times. However, there are ongoing problems with the wi fi and the tv. The wi fi cuts out regularly and the TV works intermittently. I sometimes travel alone and spend a little more time in the room than when travelling with my partner, so the tv and wi fi being unreliable is an issue.
