I thought the bed was comfortable, and the location was good for my needs. The personnel was also friendly and helpful. However, I have some criticisms as well: - There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. I think that is the kind of thing it's a bit embarrassing to have to ask for. But neither does it feel good to leave a potentially messy toilet for the cleaners, or to cancel the cleaning and live with it myself - The bathroom itself was clean enough, but could definitely be neater. There was a yellow ring at the bottom of the sink and some yellow streaks all over the sink surface - The Wifi was not through a secure connection! It was not protected by password or anything. Which makes it kind of useless not only for work but for most purposes really, unless you don't mind someone having an exact overview over your data. It was also pretty slow. Furthermore, it's not exactly the fault of the hotel, but the 5G connection was very slow as well. On some days it did not work at all. This combined means that one has no way of using the internet from the room, this is quite inconvenient during travel. - Storage was a bit lacking for me at least. There were some shelves and a clothing rack, but no closed storage. The storage in the bathroom was also limited to the counter space around the sink - The electrical outlets were by the floor, so to plug the kettle in, it had to be on the floor as well - Some noise from the street and other rooms. I sleep with earbuds, so it didn't bother me personally, but can be important for other people
