Stayed here multiple times now due to the location. Between two useful tube stations. Basic Ibis rooms, but nice reception/lobby and breakfast area.

The room was clean, the bed reasonably comfortable but the pillows were poor. A notice in the room says to reduce laundry ask for towels to be replaced by leaving them on the floor, my towels were changed daily without asking so no real commitment to reducing carbon footprint. Housekeeping let themselves into my room around 8.30 one morning without knocking. It was noisy with running water/flushing toilet sounding like a waterfall through my room from the floor above. One meal in the evening and one breakfast and both times staff tried taking my plates before I'd finished. Reception staff were polite and friendly

Staff were very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Food was delightful and had a great buzz in the evening. Bar restaurant was brilliant open for breakfast and dinner whenever we needed. In a safe area of London and so handy to Gatwick airport. Close to train station. Would 10/10 stay again.
