We have stayed at this IBIS in Feb 25 and Feb 24 so know the normal level of service. We booked a family room with a sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made up. When we spoke to reception, housekeeping sent up a duvet but no sheets. It remained like this for the 3 nights of our stay. Previously, the sofa bed has been made up with a sheet - so is much more hygienic. The breakfast was good and staff are friendly. The hotel is in a great location.

Couldn't think of a better place to stay. Really easy to book. Friendly and professional greeting on arrival. Room was spotless and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. For us, it was perfect for local facilities, the tube, the river and easy walking distance to many interesting places

Your staff is not happy. They were nice to me. But they need a raise. The room is fine, the bathroom is a joke. It feels like the entire capsule of a bathroom (like a cheap spaceship) is going to fall thru the floor. I hated that you wouldn't store my bag when I had a future reservation. I switched to a Marriott and canceled my booking with u because u wouldn't store my bag for a few days. Stingy, ridiculous, irrational.
