the frontdesk was informative, 2 staff were available and they are over-worked actually. they have to attend to the front desk and took out stored luggage for safekeeping and releasing at the same time.

The reception was so friendly, welcoming and always helpful. I was a bit disappointed that there was no gym, and the room was missing a few amenities - e.g. no hotel slippers, no toothpaste or toothbrush, no minifridge. But it was clean and spacious enough for a one person-stay. The dinner team sometimes would get confused about my order or not let me make full use of my vouchers which was a shame (they seemed to have a mixed policy).

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with towels, friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast at the hotel, loved the kids menu, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, highly recommend
