Lovely stay, apartment very spacious and comfortable. 1 feedback, if 3 people are staying in a room, i would recommend to have 3 cups set up as well. Towels were there but only 2 of us could have a hot drink so the third person waited for one of us to be finished. Not a complaint, just a feedback. Many thanks

I spent one brief night at the hotel. At the arrival (late arrival), there was an issue with our room: a bed was missing. The receptionist managed the situation perfectly by offering an extra room.

We booked a room knowing the bath tub has bubble bath. But it was broken and stinky.

Very poor room, service and menu in restaurant was below expectations, for a bill of Euro289 per night. I have stayed in 5* hotels that were much better for less money.

We would also like to mention that your stay took place during a major trade-show period, during which our rates are higher than usual due to exceptionally high demand. We completely understand how this may have added to your disappointment. We are particularly sorry that the exterior room and the need to walk to and from the main building in the rain affected your comfort. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests.
