Very poor room, service and menu in restaurant was below expectations, for a bill of Euro289 per night. I have stayed in 5* hotels that were much better for less money.

We would also like to mention that your stay took place during a major trade-show period, during which our rates are higher than usual due to exceptionally high demand. We completely understand how this may have added to your disappointment. We are particularly sorry that the exterior room and the need to walk to and from the main building in the rain affected your comfort. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Please be assured that we are taking your comments seriously and will review them with our team to improve the quality of our services. I am writing to express my strong disappointment and disapproval regarding the fitness centre being closed during my stay — information that was not disclosed anywhere at the time of booking or at check‑in. The primary reason I chose your hotel was that it is the closest property to Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) and because your public listing and the ALL app (Accor Live Limitless) show a fitness centre on the premises. Had I known the fitness centre was closed for renovation, I would have selected a cheaper hotel closer to the airport instead. This was a material factor in my booking decision and its unavailability significantly reduced the value of my stay.

We are sorry to read that the information concerning the closure of the fitness center was not sufficiently clear. We did indicate on the website that our fitness center was closed for renovation but it appears that those informations were not mentioned on the application All. This was due to a system bug, which I apologise for. We have updated all the information on the websites, but it seems that the updates occasionally disappear at random on the application. We will be contacting Accor support to resolve this issue. As a commercial gesture and to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, we will credit your Accor card with 2,000 loyalty points. Good stay. Just missed the information that swimming pool is closed for renovation. The kids were upset. The rest went well. Nice apartment. Good breakfast. Big closed parking.

The front desk was arguing my check in was at 12PM but I had reserved the 9AM check in which was accepted in the end after I arrived at 11AM.
