generally good value, restaurant is easy to deal with fast, efficient good food. in this instance one day when i returned from work, i found my window opened and my luggage andmost of my clothes were wet. the gentelemtn at reception was quick to help, came up to get my luggage, dried it and offered to change my room. he was very good. however, i still did not know root cause, and i was leaving next day anyway but all my clothes were wet would have like offer ot take care of the drycleaning.

Good gym No vegetable for breakfast

Air con not working - tea tray in room inadequate

Air con not working in the two rooms - in fact was pumping out so much heat room was at 40 degrees when we went to bed - my children did not want to sleep with window open so was too hot to sleep. Tea tray in room inadequate - no milk, no breakfast tea, paper cups for a hot drink - poor effort.
