We came back to this hotel after a very nice stay in July 2021, that we appreciated a lot. This time we asked to provide us with a similar appartment situated near tennis cours as last time. Unfortunately this time our experience was not that successful for the following reasons: 1. The kitchen was equipped only for 1 person (we are four). I had to claim for extra spoons, plates, napkin etc at the reception. That was provided but I had to bring all this kitchen usenciles myself! no offer from the reception to arrange this themslves. So walking with plates, spoons etc in my hands through all hotel territory! 2. No dish washing product, no towel at the kitchen. The kettle was broken. You can boil water, but it does not stop, you have to stop yourself while the the steam and boiling bubbles go out of the kettle. Dangerous. 3. It was very cold in the room. We played with the tempretature regulator placed at the wall in the entrance. It did not work, just no reaction at all. We were really freezing at night. 4. The air ventilation is so loud and noisy at the kitchen level, impossible to reduce the noise volume. I could not sleep because of this noise. 5. One peignoir provided in the bathroom. we are four... I wonder how we were supposed to share it? 6. WiFi was not fonctionning in the appartment. But it works well at the reception part; I think the sIgnal is not strong enough in the appartment part of the hotel. 7. Contradictory information provided over the phone at the moment of reservation. When I called for the first time to book our room I was said we can cancel without penalty 3 days before arrival. When I called for the second time, I was told that we can cancel without penalty before 18H at the date of arrival. So never understood what is the cancellation policy. 8. TV remote control in the room was not functionnning properly. I think is is just very used, you have to press several times and insist in order to change a TV channel. So we are upset this time. Hotel room was mediocre. Restaurant food was way way average. French food are renowned but that was a disgrace. I ordered a Risotto and the rice wasn't cooked, had to send it back. Had a tummy ache after. Room smelled of tobacco.

We only liked the breakfast, after arriving late night the food was basic we did like the service and the staff were excellent; The room we had for the price charged needs a big renovation. I would recommend the during covid-19 period the hotel should communicate the rules applied in advance of arrival

Check-in was efficient and smooth despite the queues. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. We reserved dinner in the restaurant; unfortunately the food was medicore and the service poor, which seems to be a feature of many Accor Hotels in France at the moment.

Everything was fine, including breakfast and dinner. 2 remarks: a) the light in the room is really nerving. Many lamps but the room is dark. With LED lights its easy today to have a bright lightning with low energy consumption. b) the price seems to high to me. I thing a price of 120 EURO is more adequate for this level.

Hotel is ok, and i see some works for future wich is good, all covid mesaures are well solved, but it's not acceptable to pay for 4 stars hotel, and not have a daily clean room service, if they don't change this definetly i will not comeback, and i'm customer snce 2014!

The breakfast service at the morning was far away from being good. Only one forth of the restaurant was used but the staff didn't make it to refresh the food. The internet connection interrupts every 30 to 60 min the connection. This is terrible and a no-go for a hotel like the Mercure. If the ineternet connection doesn't work I would never come back again.

Great location. Spacious room with bed set up for my daughter. Food was excellent and good value. Wide range of delicious breakfast choice. Bonus of being able to have a swim on arrival in the adjoining gym and leisure complex. Will stay again.

Ok for one night, but some experience that are not guestfriendly : - stayed for about 10 minutes before the entrance gate that was closed. Only after calling by phone the gate was opened - in the bistro, staff refused to serve dinner on the terras. So we had dinner inside while outside it was beautiful weather and the temperature was about 28°C. Still don't understand why!

Booked for night only as a stop off from uk to Italy. Will use it again as it is just off the motorway. Room was great for three, everything clean. Food was basic and ok but will stick to a main meal and water next time as we felt it was overpriced for what we got and the service was poor.

We stayed over for one night on our way to the Alps. We had a family comfort room which was absolutely fine. Small touches like a Nespresso machine in the room were great. However we had one of the worst meals in the brasserie. Out of 8 people, not one of us finished their plate. All dishes were bland, some of them cold and others rather odd (let's just say presentation was not very appetising and I've never come across a restaurant that can mess up a bolognaise!). Anyway, we pointed it out to the waiter who seemed completely unfazed and did not offer any apology or compensation. If you are planning on staying, make sure you eat out first.
