Well located for the airport. Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception. The Privilege room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. A couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have made it even better!

Nice room, convenient location but room was very warm in the night. air conditioning was not yet working for the season making sleeping not very nice.

Check in OK. Exterior duplex rooms (x3) ? glad it wasn't pouring with rain. WC so small, anyone taller than 1.7m impossible to close door. 14 year old grandson at 1.91mtrs - hilarious. Phots available on request. Booked table for 9 at 1900 in advance- given high table with high stools outside main area which made life dangerous for elderly grandmother and 3 year old . Breakfast ok - lovely lady in charge. Reception not interested, blaming me for booking those types of rooms - which I didn't

Good, Too long closing the gym for 18 months, why such a long time?

Dear Mr P., Thank you for your comment and for your question. Our previous fitness and wellness area was more than 30 years old. Rather than carrying out a simple renovation, we made the decision to completely demolish it and rebuild a brand-new space with many additional facilities. The future area will include two indoor swimming pools, one of which will be entirely dedicated to wellness, with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and five treatment and massage rooms to offer a much more complete experience. Because the entire space is being rebuilt from scratch, the work will unfortunately take some time. However, we are confident that the final result will be worth the wait and will provide a much more beautiful and modern wellness area for our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
