The quality and overall standard of this hotel seems to get progressively lower and worse with each stay. If it was not for the central location of this hotel with respect to our Lyon office location, I would not stay at this hotel.

To me the balance between price and what actually was offered did not match my expectations. The rooms are very simple and here and there the staff is very distent or even a little reluctant. When I was entering my room the kettle was alreday turned on without water and noise came out of the sockets. The food in the enclosed sports bar really needs improvement. Our food was served cold afer a long waiting time.

Hotel is very nice and the food for dinner and at breakfast was of good quality Everything went smoothly. the check was done online and keys were ready. However I also reserved the fast check out, but the staff at reception did not have receive my fast check out reservation by the system. Nonetheless the check out was rapid.
