The reception screwed my booking.

I was faced with wrongful booking details from the reception on two of the days. Had to demonstrate twice my correct booking which was later agreed to. Even ended up with paying more than my initial booking due to the reception had no clue or screwed me and wasted a lot of time. The rest of the hotel was fine.

I was on the room 252. When entering the room, there was a strong smell of the shower bathroom from the cloak. The smell was in all the room. They could fix it on the second day of my stay. The hair dryer was not working and despite asking on reception if it could be fixed, it was not. I have long hair and this was an issue for me. The room lamp on the table was not working. As the room does not have any light on the roof, the room is really dark which does not allow to read properly. The little lights near the bed are not enough light for my preference. The walls are in a dark color and not having light makes the room look too dark. The breakfast and food from the restaurant was really good.
