I stayed here in occasion of a wedding of a couple of friends. Despite the bad reviews, I personally found the hotel to be very good. The breakfast has a great choice, the rooms are clean, spacious and they are nicely furnished. Shower well equipped with Nuxe products. The reception staff is helpful and very kind. Honestly, I would highly recommend it

Room not clean on arrival ( I was there at 8PM ) . Honestly for a 4 stars it's not possible to give keys to hosts and once inside discover that was not cleaned. After a long journey, a guest just needs to relax for a moment and not to complain at the reception desk for a clean room and have to wait for more time .

Dirty room, no aircon

The room was of poor quality, dirty and not ready. The aircon was not working and no fridge. Toilet up steps and then the sink to wash your hands downstairs. Would not recommend

Too expensive for the offering: airco was not working although it was 28 degrees outside; lot of noise on the bar terrace until late

Worst hotel ever stayed at. total disregard for customers. Zero effort to help or accommodate. Entire hotel is unable to find any vegan food, from multiple kitchens. Staff were very rude and basically said “we cant help you” Called in advance to make sure they provide correct foods but didnt do anything. Complained to front desk and they did not care. Avoid at all costs, definitely not a 4*…it is a 2–3* at maximum. Old and out dated rooms, stains all over hotel. Have some self respect and stay somewhere else
