Good except didn’t tell me were to catch bus I did ask not knowlegeable about book in opening which is 4 am I went to early would be good for you to keep up to date with this room was great but missed shower cap I no it’s budget but essential

We had booked our king bedroom in advance for returning from overseas, we expected to be jetlagged and possibly unable to sleep. The room was lovely, but the lamp beside my side of the bed didn't work and the USB plug was simply empty. We asked for another room which was quickly and kindly provided, but we needed to downsize to a Queen bed because of high occupancy. We were grateful for the change but I felt the light/USB thing possibly should have been checked and avoided.

The room was clean, and had all the necessary items. The air conditioning wasn't working, but when we let reception know they immediately tried to resolve the problem. We were moved into another room with no fuss, and the staff member was polite and efficient. The hotel is an easy walk to the international terminal, which is a reason why we enjoy staying here. It's nothing luxurious, but it's quiet, and there are stores next door to grab last minute necessities before flying.
