We had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Barcelona Centro and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city and visit the main attractions. A special mention goes to Adrian at the morning reception, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He took the time to guide my wife with sightseeing plans, gave us very useful suggestions, and helped us organise our day efficiently. Thanks to his excellent guidance, we were able to cover a lot of Barcelona in a short amount of time without feeling rushed. The staff were welcoming, the service was great, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Adrian's helpfulness really made a difference to our stay. Thank you to the whole team at Ibis Barcelona Centro, and especially Adrian, for making our Barcelona visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location. Staff were nice as well. The room was ok until you enter the bathroom. The shower water pressure was bad. The sink tap was hard to move. And to make it worse we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The staff are amazing, and we couldn't have felt more looked after. Lautaro was so helpful and efficient, but honestly the whole team are. The breakfast was a surprise highlight. Everything fresh and made with care. Even fresh squeezed orange juice. The rooms are very clean, basic but comfy beds. Yes, there is a bit of street noise but you are about 2 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia . It went quite by 11, though it is mostly traffic, not loud people.

I came around 10am so a bit early for checkin but the staff (Eleazo)was kind enough to see if he can get the room prepared and will message me as soon as it was ready. True enough after stepping out for 30 minutes to roam around I received a call to informed my room has been prepared. Location is also nice, nearly situated to Sagrada but not too close to the loud/massive tourists.

Everything was as expected. Clean, excellent location, really nice staff, good breakfast. The only thing we missed was a cooler AC. You cannot control it individually.
