The only feedback i have for the hotel will be to provide bottles of mineral water in room especially for platinum and above level of accor membership.

This is a decent hotel, but not up to the IBIS Styles standards you see internationally. Although acceptably clean, both rooms and appliances are outdated and need a refreshment: e.g. my sheets were so run down there were holes in it, the carpets had discolouration, the screen of the A/C was broken, ... I appreciated the friendly reception and the fact that it was possible to check in early. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. I liked the upper floor rooms with the balcony. The jalousies on the windows was also appreciated to hold out the noise from the street.

I am a silver member, and I am staying very often at Ibis hotels all around Europe. Compared to the other IBIS hotel I have stayed several times before in Frankfurt, this hotel looked a bit old. Probably it was converted from another old hotel. In my opinion, it’s not up to the Ibis hotel standards. The bathroom has a bathtub, which is not practical to use. There was only one elevator, which was too slow. So I had to wait for long minutes several times. For example the previous hotel I have mentioned (Frankfurt Centrum) had four elevators, which were quite fast. The room decoration also looked old. So I will not stay at this hotel once again for sure unless there’s a huge discount
