Trash by the elevator was not removed f om the day of my arrival to the day of my departure. Asked for room clean up but nobody came. Room is old. Curtains are not black out.

The room was luxurious, the staff were very courteous. The breakfast team (Chef, Wait Staff) were very sweet & went out of their way to make my 5-yr old very happy. The reason for my dissatisfaction - I could not reach the Reception over phone from the room. I tried at 4 instances during my 2 day stay & was not answered even once.
