Our stay at Pullman Saigon was made truly memorable, largely because of two wonderful individuals, Ms Y and Mr Kha from Food Connexion. From our very first breakfast, Ms Y made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm smile, friendly personality and sincere conversations. Her warmth and hospitality left such a lovely first impression on us. We were equally impressed by Mr Kha, who took the initiative to introduce himself and was consistently attentive, thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. During our lobster buffet dinner, he even took the time to recommend the popular dishes and ensured that we were well taken care of. It was these little gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. What touched us most was that their hospitality never felt routine or merely part of their job. It came across as genuine care and a sincere desire to make our experience special. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire Food Connexion F&B team for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and excellent service. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I truly appreciate the difference that genuine service can make. Beautiful facilities may attract guests to a hotel, but it is people like Ms Y and Mr Kha who create lasting memories and give guests a reason to return. Throughout my stay, the lounge staff consistently provided an exceptionally high level of service. I was very impressed by how hard they worked and how respectfully they treated every guest. On October 8, I witnessed two separate incidents involving guests, one Korean guest in the afternoon and one Indian guest in the evening, who were giving the staff a very difficult time. Despite the challenging situations, I observed that the staff remained calm, patient, and professional while doing their best to explain the matter clearly. I truly commend the way they handled both situations. It was evident that the staff made every effort to resolve the concerns professionally, even when the guests appeared unwilling to understand the explanation and seemed to be unfairly pressuring the staff. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Ngoc and another lady at the lounge counter whose name I unfortunately do not recall. Both employees demonstrated remarkable composure, professionalism, and excellent customer service under pressure. Please convey my appreciation to them and the entire lounge team. Their dedication, patience, and commitment to delivering outstanding service made a very positive impression on me and contributed greatly to my overall experience.

I originally booked Pullman Saigon Centre for just three nights, but here I am, almost a week later, still not wanting to leave! That probably says more than any five-star review could. 😂 I’ve travelled all around the world and stayed at plenty of hotels across Accor, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton and other major chains. I’ve experienced my fair share of hotels, but I can confidently say choosing Pullman Saigon Centre was one of the best decisions I’ve made on this trip. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Bui Vien and plenty of great spots around Saigon. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, but what really makes this hotel special is the people. From the bellboys who greet you at the entrance, to the reception team, housekeeping, and the wonderful staff at the Executive Lounge, everyone has been absolutely brilliant. It’s the little things — the warm smiles, genuine conversations and willingness to go above and beyond — that make you feel properly pampered. A massive shout-out to the Executive Lounge team, especially Vy, Ha My, Hoang My, Thao, Tin. You guys are absolute legends! The warmth, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. It’s one thing to provide good service, but making guests feel genuinely valued is something else entirely. I’d also love to give special recognition to Hung and Toan. I really hope management recognise these wonderful staff because they’re the reason guests like me keep coming back. As a Platinum member, I really appreciate the recognition and hospitality I’ve received throughout my stay. I’ve stayed at some pretty impressive hotels around the world, but it’s the staff who make the difference — and Pullman Saigon has absolutely nailed it. At this rate, I might need someone to physically escort me out before I finally check out! 😂 A huge thank you to the entire Pullman Saigon Centre team. You’ve definitely earned yourselves a loyal guest. Every time I’m back in Saigon, I know exactly where I’ll be staying. See you all again soon!

From checking in with Dong to Hung taking my bags to my room, wow they were so wonderfu. The house keeping was wonderfull. I found the conference room of a very high standard. But you know what, the staff are just wonderful everywhere in this hotel. I apologise to the staff I not remember everyone's name but they were all wonderful and yes I will be back.

Staffs were friendly and very welcoming, despite long queue at check in, Staffs were still smiling under pressure. Casino staffs are very attentive and attention to details are top. They will remember your name and your usual drinks. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I had the corner room which was quiet and chill. Housekeeping are on the dot and make your room tidy and clean.

I'm most impressed by the team on duty during breakfast served in the third floor on 29&30 September. I think they're friendly, thoughtful and smart! Room 2807 is okay, i could tell it offers great view but the triangle shape of the room makes it difficult to move around in the room. Hotel location is okay but I think another Accor property in HCMC probably has a better location.

nice facilities, receptionist was friendly but door man was not helpful which was quite disappointing. noone was helping with our luggage on 30th sept around 4pm. The door man pretended not to see us and looked away.

My only regret is that my room's bathroom layout is prone to accident with compartamentalized bath, toilet and wash. Quite risky if youre in hurry since you have to open/close doors to get around. Also round table doesnt make a good working area when youre on business trip. I requested to be transferred to a better room layout with a better table for working but wasnt accomadated.
