Lovely rooms, friendly staff. I was surprised that I could hear people in other rooms (maybe above or next to me) banging around. I had a 7am flight so needed to get up at 4am and wasnt impressed that it wasnt silent! They also need better signage on where the entry to the hotel is - I did a full lap around the building before finding it, ending up dragging my luggage around a gravel path. All a bit ridiculous I thought for a top hotel.

Booked for a day stay however, when we arrived. ( 1 hour later than our starting reservation time) the room was not ready and we had to wait 45 minutes more
