Due to the ongoing development works within to the Airport precinct, the hotel is unable to offer any parking. The hotel forecourt is available for pick-up and drop-off only. It took a long time to get checked in - there was a line of about 10 people waiting. The bathroom is getting run down and not really what you expect for $370 p/night

Kia Ora Bert, Thank you so much for sparing your valuable time and writing a review. We are disappointed to know that you did not enjoy your second stay with us at Our Place. We consistently seek opportunities to improve our services for every guest to have the best stay and appreciate your feedback for our staff to be aware of. Regrettably, at the time of your check in; there were alot of other guests that all arrived at the same time from the Auckland Domestic Airport. We have no control of how many guests arrive at the same time and being an Airport Hotel, this does happen often with flights landing at the same time and guests entering Our Place relatively together. You may recall that I walked amongst you all asking if anybody was an Accor Loyalty member offering to check you in straight away but it was not forthcoming that you are indeed an Accor Loyalty member. All our reception desks were manned and our staff were all serving our guests in one way or another. We appreciate your divine patience at that time as I am sure it is not easy to remain tolerable considering the arduous journey you would have experienced before arriving to Our Place. I am sorry that you feel that our bathrooms are getting run down and did not meet your expectations. If there is any way you can let us know more detail, it will be useful for us to note as we continue to accept suggestions for our next refurbishment.
