Only just adequate. The room was small and badly designed with the bathroom fiddly and difficult to get in and out of as narrow area bottleneck. Very claustrophobic. The shower was good but we wanted a bath or a disabled room (request was ignored and then they said they couldn't do it). Breakfast buffet good but area packed. Quiet in the room

We stayed at Novotel Auckland Airport for one night before flying home to Australia. We have stayed here before and as always it was excellent. The rooms are clean, very well set up and nice comfy beds. We are always amazed at how quiet it is in the rooms, no airport noise at all. We ate dinner downstairs in the restaurant, that was nice and also a good buffet breakfast that was included in our room rate. The air-con is great and overall we would highly recommend this as the place to stay at Auckland airport.

It's an excellent place to stay to make an early flight. The room was surprisingly quiet, despite being a two-minute walk to the terminal! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. Friendly, helpful staff and a selection of reasonably-priced food at the restaurant downstairs made our stay really enjoyable. A great way to start a holiday :-)
