Hotel would be ok, price for value would be ok… Unfortunately there were sooo many issues - not working door on one of our 2 rooms and no reception (remote support advices to book a new room or wait for the opening of reception ?!), cleaning guy obviously smokes as you will smell it on your sheets and towels, not working garage (waiting in the garage for 20minutes locked in - uncomfortable but also dangerous). Breakfast - limited selection of food, but decent and not bad at all.

Due to the extreme busyness in Ulm, I had to book with you. I understand that this is a low‑budget hotel, but even then, a basic level of hygiene is expected. The wall and the Toilet door were covered with blood spatters, and the room was dirty. I was given a new room immediately, but honestly, after seeing the blood, I would have preferred to go to another clean hotel. You will not see me return here again. I took photos, which you will receive together with a formal complaint letter.

I asked to kindly cancel my stay as my husband had a stroke a few days earlier and was in intensive care at the hospital. I obviously could not travel! You did not care!!!!!!
