2 day stay, 1st day the door codes system was out, so to re-enter your room a staff member had to accompany you to your door and let you in using a master key 🗝️ This wasn't great but these things happen. Otherwise exactly what we wanted, central and affordable 😁

One Day si more than enough

When we arrived at 3 there was a problem in the system and due to that we cannot access to our room. So we went to walk around when we back at 6:30 the system still not working . But at least we can access the room, because there was a person with one key to open every room. And she walk with us to the room and tell us please do not go out pass 10 hour. In the room air conditioner was not working . One day there was more than enough.

I use Accor hotels 15+ years, have the platinum status and stayed in so many countries and brands, that I believe I have a judgement, this hotel is far worst ibis I ever saw and definitely worst ibis in Germany in terms of several things
