Always seems odd reviewing a hotel like this, it's basic but okay. I couldn't review the service because I checked myself in and out and had breakfast elsewhere. The cleaning regime seemed inconsistent though. Some were struggling with the self check in that comes in after 10 pm.

the performance of the new checkin system is very poor and complicated, so check in takes a long time. On top system does not allow to create invoice after payment. Invoice is send on the day of checkout randomly throughout the day. Usually it even does not come, which makes it necessary to once again call the frontdesk. I have complained many times already but without any success sofar.

Vacuum sound coming from bathroom, no help after closing

There was a vacuum cleaner sound that ran all night, I couldn t sleep. The asked my credit card number through my phone, my bank said absolutely not.

Visited in Oct 24 - overall ok. Bed was fine and room clean. Don’t take the breakfast, coffee is terrible as it the food, you will be much better off outside. What I really didn’t like were the dodgy people at night that seem to live in this hotel for a longer time than just vacation/business. I encountered a couple that clearly looked like drug addicts. If you stay in your room you will be fine.
