Great. Service was friendly and efficient. Room was quiet and clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok - a bit lacking for intolerances (wheat mainly) but fine. Maybe more hot food!

Last minute stay for work in London - well priced! Good central location into both the City and the Southbank. The hotel is well looked after. Breakfast was good but without hot plates.

Room was small for price paid. I think we paid for the concept room more than anything else. But adequate for 1 night.

This hotel is wonderful located in city area with short walks to river Themse (200m), Borough Market (200m), Tube "London Bridge (200m); Tate Modern (200m), St. Pauls Catherdrale (about 400m). All the staff members were very open, friendly and helpful in any case, especially Mrs. Jenia and Mrs. Pasqualina. Breakfast was voluminous and tastefully, we missed nothing. Our room at the rear side (we asked for about big street in front) was very fine and slightly that sleeping with open window was possible.
