Everything was great. Breakfast was really good, but pls consider different types of breakfast, especially for people staying more than 1 week. I stayed 2 weeks and each day breakfast (food selection) was exactly the same. If you try it every day, after some days you will not like it despite it is still great.

The staying at the hotel was good but I was charged £147 extra on December 2 without any information. I sent an email explaining the problems but so far I have not heard anything from the hotel and I am not happy how the ibis hotel react.I tried to call the hotel directly but unfortunately I couldn’t reach anyone in the phone.

Room size is small. I paid extra for a room with iconic views but did not get such room. Breakfast options are all non-cooked. Some cooked options like scrambled eggs would be nice. Dental kit was not provided and quality of shampoo and body wash is below average.

While we do not provide cooked items, we aim to ensure a varied and generous continental buffet for our guests. For the dental kit and amenities, these are available upon request at reception.
