Never have i ever had a hotel make me ask for hand towels. Don't get me wrong, the service was nice and i liked the Hotel overall. But the bathroom was really inconvenient. First of all: IT needs a renovation. You can See that all the Material has aged, the faucet was leaking. But then: a Double closing door in the bathroom, but no Air Ventilation? Where is the smell supposed to go? Inside the room? And then: one shower towel per guest as standard. In every single Airbnb we had two towels per guest, as this is Standard Hygiene. You don't dry your hands with the Same towel as you dried your privates with. That really threw us off.

It was nice and quite comfortable. Variance of breakfast could be more wide, but for couple of days staying it is ok. Near to the riverside and Tade Modern. There is gym in the near side hotel which is available for visiting.

I didn't find the soap dispenser very friendly in the bathroom or the shower, I have parkinsons and they were very difficult to use they need to be free of there holders and they were too close to the wall to get your hands near. The bread at breakfast was unhygienic everyone was picking it up with bare hands I was so put off by this I didn't have breakfast. The room and bed was comfortable.

Two night stay in London. I think the hotel was overpriced for the size and situation of the room. For over £260 a night, I was allocated a room with a window that was opaque so you could not see out. Found this quite claustrophobic. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was lucky enough to be selected as their Guest of the Day, receiving a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking The Shard, which was such a lovely surprise and really made the experience extra special. The hotel has a great atmosphere, with a welcoming vibe throughout. Everything was clean, well presented and thoughtfully maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay, particularly the wonderfully comfortable bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is another huge plus, just a five-minute walk from London Bridge, making it ideal for exploring the city and getting around with ease. Overall, a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The little touches, friendly atmosphere and excellent location made it a memorable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in London.

The lobby is probably the best bit. It’s quite a funky lobby with loads of space and a nice bar. Theres a popcorn machine that’s complimentary which I think is a lovely touch. Onto the room. Spacious and comfy bed. Clean and fresh bathroom. Decent amenities. Everything is easily accessible. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. Well located to my business venue and great/modern style. Good breakfast Only not good think was a fume extractor mounted high on the room wall working constantly (room number 256)
