Unasked for, uncontrollable and deafening air conditioning. The air conditioning came on, of its own accord, as I was trying to sleep. It was not overly warm in the room and the air conditioning was unbearably loud. I couldn’t find a way in the room to stop it, or any information in the room service guide. I rang the Welcome Desk, no reply. Eventually, I went to the desk in person and it was turned off. You need to ascertain that people want it, not make it automatic.

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the location is absolutely unbeatable, being situated right in the heart of the train station made our travel logistics incredibly seamless. However, we found it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep. The room was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. After looking at other feedback, I noticed that similar comments regarding the room temperature date back four to five years, which suggests this may be a long-standing issue with the building's climate control rather than a temporary fluke. Additionally, the bed setup didn't quite work for us; the mattress was very firm, while the pillows were too soft and provided little support. While the convenience of the hotel is a major plus, the sleep environment didn't quite meet expectations. I hope to see these comfort issues addressed, as it is a fantastic spot for travelers.
