Selected for proximity to Eurostar terminal and it was sooo close it was great. We arrived early and our rooms were available at midday - great bonus. Friendly smiling reception staff; hotel foyer good, elevator good, corridors clean and tidy, room very good (and immaculately clean bathroom). I was concerned about overlooking the station from a noise perspective but we never heard a thing; the glazing is brilliant and soundproof

Very good hotel, comfortable stay. Only one remark. The reservation stated that I would be given a room with a city view, but the girl at the reception gave me a room with an interior view. She obviously didn't see the reservation, even though it was made almost two months in advance.

I did not like the pillows. I do not like to sleep using Nasa foam pillows because I get a pain in my neck.
