Good, tidy hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and nice bar area. Easy walk into Bordeaux. Good location, with an easy walk into Bordeaux centre. Good underground parking. Very good breakfast and nice lounge / bar area. There were closed access roads, it would have been easier if the hotel had sent a message to warn that local road works have closed off some of the streets to the hotel.

Very noisy, got no sleep due to a lack of soundproofing with a room which was interconnected. Mentioned it to the receptionist, very disappointed.

Bedding is subpar, bad smell in the restroom, the hotel needs to be refreshed.
