Hotel is very nice, Breakfast is great, rooms are also great. The courtesy of the personnel can definitely improve. We asked for a coffee before the start of the workshop as there wasn't any coffee in the meeting room. So I went upstairs to get one. the bar was still closed (9 am) and I went to the breakfast room where I just finished my breakfast. I asked for a coffee to the manager and I got a pretty annoyed reaction that we did not pay for the coffee machine to be there all time and he looked like he did not want to give us coffee. I offered to pay for the coffee and ultimately we got coffee anyway. I don't think it's a good way to treat guests and customers, particularly considering the level of the hotel.

Incredible staff!! Hugo at the front door remembered our names and we were only there two nights!! Gentleman who checked us in was amazing. The concierge was so helpful getting us tickets to Sagrada and on and off bus. Great breakfast. Great room, great view. Couldn’t have been better!!
