Room was stinking - stale, musty smell. I did tell the reception. They brought in a room purifier and kept it on the whole day. Fridge door was not closing. In room dining food was not good - fish curry too salty and fried too much, Kung Pao chicken tasted like fried cardboard. When I asked for anything other than the items listed in the in room dining menu, the response was a blunt no. In other hotels, they happily oblige but not here. During breakfast, I noticed the chef was falling over backwards to help foreigners while he did not bother to check other 'Indian' guests. Overall bad experience with the room and food.
