I spent a blissful 7 days here and everything was absolutely perfect! From their GM Mr Parag Shah to the entire Front Office staff and their restaurant chefs and crew - everyone took incredible care of me. Their breakfast buffet is to die for, their lunch and dinner was no different- By the Blue is a surreal dining experience and the hotel’s Koramangla location is A+. Courtney airport pick ups and drop offs, laundry service and whatever else your heart desires - no request was beyond reproach! I cannot wait to return and am already planning my next stay. Thank you to the entire Grand Mercure crew who made me feel like part of the extended Accor family - absolutely brilliant in every way imaginable.

This is my second stay at Grand Mercure. As expected the level of service and hospitality was amazing. The staff are attentive and always there to make every moment of your stay better. The food spread at breakfast was great and you can also get special meal requests, which make the experience even better.
