Very basic stay , can not consider this as 5 star hotel or grand Mercure brand. Service very slow , food is basic not much options either. Rooms are very basic and old lacks maintanance

overall comfortable stay but not the best, because of following reasons: - Room AC not working cooling at all - Limited food option in the breakfast - cleanliness- long hair from previous guests lying in washroom areas and room Good: Location, staff and overall room layout/size.
