This was our 3rd room grade/type at Sainte Victoire and they all so far have an air of basic minimalism about them. I was very disappointed to find that a Privilege Room has a totally unheated separate toilet and only an ineffectual towel rail in the bathroom. Provence might be lovely in July but it’s bleepin’ freezing in December!

Madam, I am very surprised by your message and I hope I understand correctly. You are not happy with our privilege room because it does not have heating in the toilet ? We never received any feedback on this matter. It's a shame you didn't contact us directly during your stay. We would have done everything we could to find a solution. I hope there were some positive aspects to your stay (that you haven't mentioned). Best regards

Everything was great, for a Hotel in the middle of the road couldn't ask for better. Staff was good. All services offered were top notch. They have a non heated swimming pool ideal for the hot summers down there. A little farm for kids. And the food was good too.

Was hard to get into and leave the gate after hours, room did not have water, front desk was not there 24/7 and the room key did not work a few times even after front desk had programmed it.

Regarding access after hours, please note that the gate is close from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and can be opened either with a code or via the intercom system, which connects directly to our team. Our reception service is available 24/7, and we're always here to assist you at any time of day or night. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced with your room key. While we ensure keys are properly programmed, technical issues can occasionally occur. Our staff is always ready to help should such a situation arise. Finally, bottled water is usually provided in the room upon arrival. We're sorry if it was missing in your case, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances. Kind regards
