Madam, I am very surprised by your message and I hope I understand correctly. You are not happy with our privilege room because it does not have heating in the toilet ? We never received any feedback on this matter. It's a shame you didn't contact us directly during your stay. We would have done everything we could to find a solution. Regarding access after hours, please note that the gate is close from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and can be opened either with a code or via the intercom system, which connects directly to our team. Our reception service is available 24/7, and we're always here to assist you at any time of day or night. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced with your room key. While we ensure keys are properly programmed, technical issues can occasionally occur. Our staff is always ready to help should such a situation arise. Finally, bottled water is usually provided in the room upon arrival. We're sorry if it was missing in your case, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
